it's a dining etiquette to neatly eat the pasta, you twirl the pasta using a fork against the spoon instead of grabbing the pasta from the plate. Spoons has a lot of functions you know lol, atleast now you know.

As someone who has intense constipation because of the medicine I take: I am so envious of how much you can eat!!! I know that’s a silly thing but I can barely fit like 1/10 of what you eat! Lol. I recommend to start taking magnesium citrate. It pulls water into the colon and helps to produce a bowel movement. I also had bad constipation from my medicine, and magnesium citrate saved me. I would start with 400-500mg and slowly increase until you start having regular bowel movements. I hope this helps. ❤

As someone who has intense constipation because of the medicine I take: I am so envious of how much you can eat!!! I know that’s a silly thing but I can barely fit like 1/10 of what you eat! Lol. I recommend to start taking magnesium citrate. It pulls water into the colon and helps to produce a bowel movement. I also had bad constipation from my medicine, and magnesium citrate saved me. I would start with 400-500mg and slowly increase until you start having regular bowel movements. I hope this helps. ❤
