Restore Abandoned Nikon Coolpix 5700 After 20 Years |Old 8x Optical Zoom Digital Camera
Hi guys
I have had a passion for repair since I was a child, Many rusty or broken metal tools are often discarded if not restored. Many tools will be reused for use. It is simply sharing skills, or simply entertaining videos. Hope you guys can help me improve this restoration, thank you for watching!

  • A nice case of reverse filming , take a good camera apart put back together show it working then pretend to find it burnt and con the public that you have repaired it...😭😭😭

    • There's no way he could've got it working again, not even with the spares he ordered. Those FPC's and connectors would've given a lot of grief. And the electrolytic cap for the flash? Spray painting the case would cover up all the stenciling. I think it's more likely another cam with less extensive damage was fixed with those spares and passed off as such. But the effort look convincing though especially if you have no idea how much could go wrong with a camera. I like the "sand blasting" method demonstrated at 10:05

  • Hmmm...I assume a plane just crashed (judging from the smoldering wreckage) and one of the passengers wanted to take pics of the whole affair and quickly post it to TikTok before dying, but he didn't quite make it and now you're going to "restore' his camera.
