  • I can relate to this song . My mother was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia many years ago and in 2006 , her diagnosis was changed to bipolar disorder with psychosis. On top of that , she now also has dementia . My mother’s mind is in another world but I always will remember how she was before she became mentally sick. She was kind , generous and did the up most for me and my sister . I will always love my mother ♥️

  • Im just a young kid at the age of 18 and only discovered Pixies in 2020 after watching "Fight Club". It becam my favorite movie of all time and Where Is My Mind became my favorite song. That's when I also started to discover other songs by Pixies. Now they're my favorite band and sadly, i missed them live in Cologne because i didn't have the money to buy tickets (Im from Germany). Hope I can still experience Pixies live someday. This song really grew on me, I love everything about it. Much love from the small german town Lüdenscheid!

  • me and my friend were at school a few months ago. we were messing around on the piano, and my friend started playing 2 notes repeatedly. just like how the song starts. i knew it was familiar, and i couldnt let go of it. id heard the song before, and i played the first bit on the piano to siri and various other song guesser platforms, but none of them figured it out. the next few hours were agonizing, as the thought was weighing on me. WHAT WAS THAT SONG. did i make it all up? i even sang it out for all of my friends, but nobody knew it. today, me and my cousin were chilling in my room. we were both on our phones. i hear that exact song coming from her phone. without thinking, i snatched the phone from her in excitement. i looked at the bottom of her screen, to find “where is my mind - pixies”. a huge weight off my shoulders fell off that i forgot existed. im so unreasonably happy that i finally figured out what the hell that song was

  • This was the song i listened alot when i was in a psychiatric hospital for suicidal toughts and stuff but this song helped to ease my mind. Its crazy what music can do to you. If u are too far into the tunnel and u dont see any other way out, then ask for help. It can be very hard to say it to a loved one and if u cant say it to them in person, try finding a different way. If u are reading this i wish u the best and if u are going through something, dont lose hope.

  • One of my friend was LITERALLY named Tyler Durden. We had some fun times, mostly just us and other friends play poker. We didn't keep a lot of contact when i went into college. That was also the time when i discovered Fight Club. When the name "Tyler" was first introduced, I immediately burst me into tears and i sent the movie to him right afterwards. Then we spent more time with eachother like we did in the past. He's still one of my good friends until now Today, Friday, Aprtl 14th, 2023, he got married with a fantastic woman. Tyler met her at a very strange time in his life. At the wedding, this song was played during the party to call Tyler out with the iconic character. Despite not many people there know about FC, we really had an unforgettable time there.
