Haha. These are all true. He was fine leading on the court. Because his handles allowed him to control the movement of all the other players. But terrible in the owners box! That role was for Joe D. That backcourt, like much of that amazing team, is under appreciated. Detroit fans are fine with that.

If there is one NBA veteran that understands fundamentals and the right yet simple ways to improve your game its definitely Isiah Thomas. He would make a great coach for younger players who are learning the game

Today's 3 shooting skills are undeniably better but old timers would injure many of these kids, they wouldn't last a season. I mean Curry is the best 3 shooter I've seen but guys like Rodman, Issac, even karate kid Bowen wouldn't let them last a season

@@miopera40 lol let's not act like Curry would be a scrub in the past. He won't score 30 ppg, but he'd be pretty good with those skills. There are shooters back then like Dennis Scott, Kenny Smith who did nothing but shoot. None of those guys are close to Curry's ability. He won't be a super-star, but definitely an all-star.

@@damiester1 if curry were to play in the 90s first of all he would adapt the defense ofcourse and he isn't ball dominant , reggie miller had a hall of fame carrer running thru screens and steph is a master of it , i am sure he would be ok , players like harden and lillard they would have a hard time because they always need the ball literally always
