170g flour.
45 g icing sugar.
A pinch of salt.
100g butter.
Store the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
300 g soft cream cheese.
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt.
2 egg yolks.
90g sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Line a 20 cm baking tin with baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
Add the mixture and bake for another 25 minutes.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
3 egg whites.
100g sugar.
1 teaspoon cornstarch.
Bake at 160 °C / 340 °F for 12-15 minutes.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.
