  • some absolutely sick shots there dude! have you ever thought of using an insta 360 camera? With one of them you can choose what angle to show in the editing, would make this all so much easier for you and could look better too? I know you like your camera, but just a thought. keep up the great work :)

    • not enough light. we are battling low light at the track. also the insta 3G0 has way too low bit rate. and create pretty terrible images. not to mention focal depth is over a meter. we've played with them. the proprietary codec is also a pain. not worth the headache for how much it costs weight is also a massive issue aswell. 3 more generations and maybe they'll make something a bit more suited for models not snowboarding in direct sun.

    • i've been using the osmo action 2. it seems to have the best weight to performance. it's half the weight of a full body go pro, half the size as well. I've tried most cameras. i'd stay away from the instago, and any gopro pre 10. right now for my primary camera im using the panasonic gh5, it's served me well for the past 7 years or so. I dont' make any money doing this, so investment of gear out of pocket. i just bought new mics for 450 dollars ouch.
