Same thing with izzy he lost to poatan, and everyone caught amnesia forgetting the work he put in the last 7 defenses. The comments were ridiculous...now he's knocked out poatan its Izzy this, izzy that.

  • Will always be a Masvidal fan. His next fights/ventures would be to compete in the business world, which I understand he has already embarked upon. But the business world can be much more competitive and very treacherous, so he will still need to use the fighting spirit and war wisdom to obtain even greater success in the business world. Much respect for Masvidal to recognize and walk away before it is too late. I did not see the same Masvidal in the Burns fight. He was not pulling the trigger like before. He lost that hungry edge. It happens when you reach a certain level of success. The grind is not quite the same. However he has come a long way as a self-made man. Would love to see Masvidal become a billionaire next. God bless him and his family.

When we do things that we are excellent at there comes a point where we’re not excellent at it anymore. The worst thing you can do is not admit that to yourself. Also if you continue to do what you’re not excellent at any more passed your prime, it’s a great way to drive yourself nuts lol.
