Tash is back to TIG weld some titanium exhausts. This time she is going to show us how to add color to the titanium by first heating it slowly and then TIG welding the joints with proper gas coverage to get those silver welds over the colored titanium exhaust look most super car exhausts have!

It is quite inspiring to see young professionals perfecting their craft and creating amazing works of tech and art. Thanks so much for taking the time and putting forth the effort to make this video to share with us. I now have hope for the future 🎉 Btw sweet doo rag ❤
Don't think you could've asked a better company to demonstrate titanium welds... all of Unobtanium's work is unreal.
Bless Quick & educational. Thanks 😊
Great video and mad props.tight arc !!
Nice video miss thanks thanks for the sharing this video
Nice tips, tried titanium a couple of days ago was actually quite surprised how well it turned out kept the bead silver but a bit color around the bead. Now i was wondering can you clean titanium with those cleaners that are used to clean/remove oxide from stainless steel?
Noice work!

What grade tube? What tungsten? What filler wire?
I so badly want to get into titanium ..been having fun with alum but it's time to move on
How do I get into welding exotic metals
What is the correct tungsten to use for Titanium I got the gold color can't remember off the top of my head what it's called.
Gold is 1.5% lanthanated. EWL1.5 You can use the 2% lanthanated too, the blue one, EWL2. Some brands have proprietary mixes too that work very well ( Rare earth mixes : E3 purple 🟣 , other stuff like Pink , all starting with designation EWG (electrode wolfram general, Wolfram being the name tungsten has on the periodic table of elements "W", General here means that it's not one of the standardized mix , it can be anything the manufacturer's wishes to be. If you go to CK Worldwide's lineup they have a proprietary mix called LaYZr ( Lanthane Yttrium Zirconium ) and it's designated EWG LaYZr. It's fine for titanium , Al and stainless too .

Anyone know what's up with Hjalmar? Haven't seen him in a long time.

The Arabic language should be activated because I do not understand the English language. You have many young people watching from the Arab world👍👍
Knew it was Unobtanium from a mile away
