The way buck was just staring at Bobby, who is pretty much his dad and just trying not to have a meltdown. Then the girl who looks happy looks over at him and realizes how much he cares about the team. This made me bawl my eyes out I love buck!!! ❤

I love this scene. Maye gets it. Bobby may only be related to mate by marriage but he’s guided abd protected her as much as anyone. A parent is a person who guides/protects and puts your needs first. Bobby has ALWAYS done that for Maye and Harry

This episode and the last episode is a testiment to how much Buck cared for Bobby. He looked up to him greatly and I just caught up to the last episode and it was just amazing. Buck's character growth alongside Bobby's guidance is what I like the best about the show.
We can say that Bobby is kind of a subtitute father for Buck

He's spending more time with his father & stepfather in Miami. The show has a large cast... you usually don't see the kids unless it's a plot point that week. Like Hen & Karen's kid. You could go 8 episodes without screentime there too. Don't overread anything into it.
