Write on the side that is sticky and use INSIDE clear boxes as labels-on the lid or the front-they don’t fall off and are easy to swap out if the contents of your container changes.

Sticky notes are the best for people with adhd, stick them directly on top of the activity you need to do and only remove the sticky note once it’s done. You can also just use them to stick around your room or house in different places and remove them once the task is done. It helps with doing menial tasks, keeps things fun and brain stimulated and gives visual reminders to adhders with short memory. This has worked wonders for me.⭐️

This way I don't have to flip to other pages (eg a Monthly or Weekly spread) to check on to-do's or write down things I want to remember for later.

I'm cheap: I use any paper I no longer need that's blank on the back . Cut in small pieces, write and pin on. I find sticky notes often don't stay stuck long enough to even finish the project and they sure don't have enough stickum to work on another project. Scraps of non fusible interfacing or embroidery stabilizer are even better.

Write on the side that is sticky and use INSIDE clear boxes as labels-on the lid or the front-they don’t fall off and are easy to swap out if the contents of your container changes.

I use the larger lined ones to write notes in my Bible and then stick it near the verse I took notes on
Sticky notes are the best for people with adhd, stick them directly on top of the activity you need to do and only remove the sticky note once it’s done. You can also just use them to stick around your room or house in different places and remove them once the task is done. It helps with doing menial tasks, keeps things fun and brain stimulated and gives visual reminders to adhders with short memory. This has worked wonders for me.⭐️

I use a paper planner that includes a cardstock full page-size bookmark that marks "Today" which I tuck into my daily pages. I just love em. I use them for everything!!! Usually I make one a night with affirmations & a short list of what I need to do the next day so I can unwind before bed. Or I’ll even leave one on the bathroom mirror saying things like “you’re beautiful” and things like that 📝

I'm cheap: I use any paper I no longer need that's blank on the back . Cut in small pieces, write and pin on. I find sticky notes often don't stay stuck long enough to even finish the project and they sure don't have enough stickum to work on another project. Scraps of non fusible interfacing or embroidery stabilizer are even better.

Sticky note dump...I put a piece of cardstock into a plastic sheet protector and put all my random sticky notes on it. The adhesive sticks better than on the wall, and it's portable if needed.
The problem i have with sticky notes on wall is that they curl up after some days, I wish they could just stay straight

Another hack.... is you can fold the back sticky note on the sticky part so then it won't get dirty and u could decorate the back and a little booklet
I cut up the full sticky sticky notes and put them in my calendar for repeated reminders. Also, I am working on a family tree poster and cutting the 3 x 3 size full sticky notes in quarters, is large enough for the person's name and dates (birth and death). If you use the pink and blue you can show the men and women in the family.

I don't think its a good idea to have paper so near your eyes. Ever have a paper cut? Imagine what that would feel like on your eyeball.

I use iPad but the translucent once’s are clutch for the physical books we need in uni!
They great for knitting pattern that too complicated. I used it to cover up the row that I done and the row that I have knitting yet. That way I don’t make a mistake. And it removed very easily no damage to my printed pattern.
