I know it sounds weird to say this, but Creed was the best concert I've ever been to! I saw them live with my mom (RIP) back during the 2012 Human Clay tour, I'm telling you, these guys had that crowd more hyped than any other bands I've seen at that venue. Creed sounded exactly like the album, Scott's vocals were freaking perfect, everyone was killing it. I will cherish that memory forever because my mom was with me, she passed away in January of 2018 and she was my best friend. Her name was Kim and she was 56yo when she passed away, she was a beautiful soul and she made me who I am. RIP Mom, I love you and I miss you very much. 🙏❤

He loves you beyond all comprehension. He wants you to save you. He wants a relationship with you. Ask him from your heart. He is waiting for you and always has been. He is God Almighty.

As a child (4/5 years old) My mother had the video CD of their greatest hits in the drawer below her tv, She was always working and my brothers and I were always home alone, we used to play this music and became obsessed with it, I didn’t know how to speak English, Now as and adult I come back and listen to these songs after everything we went through as brothers this always brings me back to those times were it was just us three in the house being kids having to look out for each other. Creed will forever hold a place in my childhood vault. They were worldwide with it, I was raised in Guatemala and everyone knew about them.

@Sharkhead1234567 жыл бұрын
Creed is no longer a band. Scott Stapp(singer) and Mark Tremonti(Guitarist) had "creative differences" but, I just assume it has to do with Scott Stapp's addiction to drugs supported by the fact that he was essentially penniless in 2014. Tremonti is still heavily focused on his solo stuff and Alter Bridge(Check them out) so, he isn't planning on reuniting with Stapp to resurrect Creed in the near future. Evidently they haven't even been close friends for a while now.

I remember when I was 10 years old and I made friends with this older kid, Joseph Fisher and we met one day when he and his brother, Michael were passing football and I was passing football to myself until I saw them. I then went inside and told my dad and he recommended that I invite them over, little did I know that this would become almost routine for the next two years. Me, Joe and Mike established a great friendship and I remember we used to throw little parties on my house's front porch and we would take food and some drinks and just listen to music for hours, sometimes until midnight. But one particular night, he showed me this song and I loved it, became one of my favorites, now I'm in 8th grade and I just came across this song on accident and I just thought to myself "Joe." I was speechless, all I could think about is when he moved two years ago, God only knows what he's been doing. It’s amazing how music has no walls or boundaries only those created by others who don’t appreciate good music. I feel this is a defensive mechanism because they’re afraid to get hurt my deep lyrics that a lot of these songs have but nobody really pays attention too.

This song means so much to me. As a kid creed was one of my dads favorite bands and when this song came on we’d always jam out. Last year he died in a semi truck crash. Whenever this song comes on it always reminds me of him and the meaning of this song is so much deeper now.

Never got why Creed and Nickelback got hated on so much...this is talent. Good soulful tunes with great messages. Missing from today's so called music.
I'm in my twenties and I literally only listen only to music pre-2010s, unless it's indie rock in the old styles
Because they are Christians bands
i love creed and nickelback also, i think it is because of their unnatural voice?
I feel the same way! Creed Nickleback and Puddle of Mud killer bans
Nickleback is considered a sell out because they would take any deal offered, and creed got labeled a Christian rock band due to the lyrics and message for most of their songs even tho they argued they weren't plus the lead singer had substance problems which always impacts a reputation and legacy but it didn't stop them from being one of the top 10 selling artists of the 2000s
Remeber when mainstream music still had depth and meaning 😭 Also the older i get the more i appretiate this band. They make such beautiful soulful songs that slap❤

Jesus made the sacrifice for us on the cross. God Himself died for our sins. He died for you and me and He rose again. He sits at the Right Hand of God the Father.
This hits hard when you experience a lot of hardships in life.

Creed got so many hit songs, i'm amazed how this band isnt that famous anymore....why/??
Creed is no longer a band. Scott Stapp(singer) and Mark Tremonti(Guitarist) had "creative differences" but, I just assume it has to do with Scott Stapp's addiction to drugs supported by the fact that he was essentially penniless in 2014. Tremonti is still heavily focused on his solo stuff and Alter Bridge(Check them out) so, he isn't planning on reuniting with Stapp to resurrect Creed in the near future. Evidently they haven't even been close friends for a while now.
:(
oi Alan
Leland Harris i think they tried reuniting around 2014 or 2013. Dont know what happened but im pretty sure loke what you said its scott drug addiction. He posted how people are after him and other delusions.

I missed my friends and used to walk around in the gloomy and eternally rainy Vancouver weather blasting this on my CD player or MP3 player, I forget which I had, lol. This was back in the audiogalaxy and Kazaa days.
It's 2024 and you're back here not just because it's an amazing song, but because it invokes a memory within you of a time gone by.
Stay safe bro, maybe if you get as lucky as me, you'll find this comment like I found you guys
