After accepting your highly requested idea of Japan invading America west coast, I found myself in one of the most challenging tasks ever if not mission impossible. Not only is the location difficult and unique by its terrain, environment and deep historical background but it pushes the game to the limits, beyond capabilities. I'm always finding ways to take things to the next level, constantly pushing boundaries to achieve better results for showing off my fantasy and vision of scenarios that you've never seen before in the history of video games. You see a fairly realistic map, terrain, heights and all historical defensive emplacements of that massive sea fortress. Your favorite, aircrafts, from part 3 are back, and they play a huge role here, as their task is to destroy all strongpoints and let the infantry do the rest with a support from the biggest battleship - Yamato.
Besides that I know you'd like to enjoy those scenarios longer so I try to keep them longer and all is more epic and cinematic and fun than ever before.

@@Starwarsgeek-98 yeah- no... yamato have very thick armor, that gives it an immunity zone against 16"/50 mk7 at 20-25 km... Also the 16 inch coastal battery have very short ranges, yamato's 46cm cannon have 42 km maximum firing range...

While the yamatos armor is extra thicc Japans metalurgy technology and industrial level does not allow it to be the best amor around at the time and is one of the reasons the yamatos are so heavy apart from the guns. The 16inch coastal defence batteries at San fransisco were MK 2 16inch guns if I remember correctly. The yamato while technically outranging the guns can not destroy the guns in their reinforced bunkers from maximum range the US coastal artillery forces also have the added benefit of radar fire directors and pre ranged optical observation post. The US wasnt dicking around with its coastal defences and 1 battleship could by no means assure a safe landing at such a fortified harbor as San Fransisco.

America is still shocked and not as powerful maybe a alternate pearl harbour where fuel tanks are destroyed and aircraft carrier are some how destroyed or damage sub problem. And for a invasion of west coast American must have been in planning and preparing since 1918-1925 ish and they would have only two or three week to acutely win or America could hold defence and after some time push out. This could end two way Japanese victory or America is more intent on Japan and Japanese homeland is invaded from usmc and unaf and the nukes are dropped on Hamburg or Hanover in Germany

Actually it was "If we are fighting with America we have to be ready to invade as far as to Washington DC and march in front of the White House so that to negotiate with American President for cease fire. (Do you really believe it's possible?)" He said that because he knew US Japan war was going to be an all out war while others who wanted to fight believed that it was possible to cease fire and negotiate after Japan took what it needed.
Also, I have read something in Quora about invading america being impossible: Numbah wahn: the navy Numbha toe: its airforce Nembeh tree: army and marines Numb her fore: the civilians (cuz most have fire arms and also has a surplus amount of firearms to sell it to their people and also to other nations.) Numbir payb: the geography (cuz america is big, its geography is impossible to invade, invaders would probably die getting near the coast or near the land borders if gone through mexico to invade america.)

Bk Jeong no carriers means no Marshall Islands raids, no Coral Sea, and no Midway, thus no Guadalcanal. The Essex class only start coming in during 1943, so until 1943 Japan can use full naval superiority to invade midway and even Hawaii, along with possibly Australia. No pearl means subs can’t operate from there, and an invasion of Australia means the same thing. Thus, Japan has not just achieved naval superiority, but now has the ability to block the Americans from interdicting supply routes using subs.
@Heinz Guderian not really, considering the fact that IJA lacked ability to resupply in long distance. They would probably invade New Zealand and India instead of pushing into china with greater casualties.
I doubt it. The Japanese wanted our Navy out of the way to continue their invasion of Asia but they knew they couldn't win a North American land war. Too many armed civilians.

Could you include a list of forces and losses? Your video's are great, but sometimes im like: how could they push on with just infantry, or where did the reinforcements come from? At the start of this video, its like 20 landing craft deploying 10 men each? Also, the coastal guns in the Japanes rear would have concentrated their fire on the HIGH concentration of men at the beach and whiped them out (Dieppe, Omaha beach, Iwo Jima)

A Japanese invasion for limited objectives could have been done in 1942 which would have weakened our war production capabilities. But against a nation with far more armed citizens on the West coast than all of Japan, they could never have kept it

From the tactical side,the main guns of the Yamato alone had pretty much annihilated all defense positions shown in the video even before one japanese soldier wouldve set foot on the beach. Let alone the massive air assault. Without a massive bunker system heavy artillery and bombs had made the place a desert.
