Oh what a beautiful morning… !

Absolutely beautiful morning today at the lakeside, no stress, no birds arguing, no upset at all. Sun is shining, Wilma is snoozing, and Sydney is staying close to Wilma as he knows hatching is fast approaching… He is looking tired though, life here isn’t easy for swans, so these two are very lucky to have so many caring people looking out for them.
Geese are all OK, and I tried to find the injured mallard from yesterday but couldn’t, only the originally injured boy who is continuing to improve.
There has been confirmation this morning that Wilma is still definitely sitting on all eight eggs and the clock is ticking, not long to go…
