But no one ever mentions that GSP had his first lost to the greatest welterweight at the time, in a championship fight, in his 8th professional fight. HIS 8TH PROFESSIONAL FIGHT!. Nobody did what Anderson Silva did and he was past his prime when he did. 16 win streak he set the UFC record for the longest title reign. Put some respect on his name not even Jon Jones able to that at the age and shape hes in now. Anderson Silva was nearly unbeatable in his prime in Pride FC he only loss 1 fight that he was winning by a leg lock unlike GSP who loss multiple fights in his prime. So shut yo clown ass up and put some respect on The Spider name.

    • @@immaculateAMG GSP didn’t retire because he was getting bad with age. He retired after smashing Bisping because he had been afflicted with Colitis, which is a serious disease. At the same time, Anderson Silva didn’t fight anyone in the UFC middleweight division who was even good. Maybe Rich Franklin. But like that’s it. Vítor Belfort was WAY past his prime and middle weight competition was weak. Anderson was 31 when he started in the UFC. Most men hit their prime between 28-35 and Silva was in his prime at the time. GSP lost TWO FIGHTS in his ENTIRE career. Silva lost 11. Actually if you look at his record, you will see that Silva lost 4 fights before even entering into the UFC. And they were against nobodies. The people who beat GSP were champions. One of them was considered the greatest welterweight of all time until that point.
