When an artist can keep their same or similiar team for over 20 years then that speaks volumes to the type of character that she is. I mean her MUA, her manager, stylist and I'm sure others have been employed by her for over 20 years. That says alot about the kind of person she is.
Exactly! Everyone that works with her speaks highly of her! They have so much respect and admiration for her and that says a lot about her character!
That's cool but I also like when people on the artists' team leave and now it's time to see said artist through the lens of a new person. For example, Lady Gaga worked with Nicola Formichetti, then Brandon Maxwell and now that both have their own brands she's working with Sandra Amador. I find that exciting.

He got annoyed and didn't thought it was a big deal of my accomplishment...so after that I gave up on doing anything exciting.

I love him. I wish she would have responded and appreciated what he said a bit more. Even when she was leaving he said something so sweet to her and she didn’t respond again. I mean guess her mind was busy. But she is really is super lucky to have someone who adores her like that working so intimately with her.
She gives the best most simple and heartfelt speeches. Even if she’s reading from a teleprompter, it comes off so natural and spontaneous and engaging. Love it.

I love that she goes downstairs to tell Alex about winning the CFDA Fashion Icon Award and he's like "what does that mean?". So sweet. She has a brilliant team too. They seem like a family.
