I’m struggling to put the top screw in on the first part on the left side it just gets so stiff and doesn’t go in
you need to align the back rest and the seat properly.... use your hands to screw in a little, on all 4 screws 1st

Can the chair be adjusted to go up and down? Was not mentioned in the video, what about the armrest as well?
Yes, the seat can go up and down.... the hand rest too.

I just got the Razer Iskur X Genshin Impact . Is the lever supposed to be hard to pull? I had to lean over a bit in order to fully grasp the lever to pull up to recline back.
You will need to pull the lever full, to adjust.

Been finding this forever I only found other video with green screw without washer
my chair came with only green screws without washer, so does it mean its not needed or we need get it?
Weird, the screws to attach the seat to the back rest needs to have a washer and a spring washer
Is this x or xl version ? What is the seat depth ?
this is the X... seat depth is 54 cm
But in razer website razer X seat depth is 44 cm ?

Yes, it is very comfortable, i use it at home too, for long hours.. :)

nope, this is the Iskur X model.
@@terencequick1 sorry I didn't specify not like the regular iskur just non adjustable build in lumbar is what I meant 😮
@Nyzren Gaming there is no lumber support... I suggest for u to get this basic model and get a small pillow to use, that suits your back.
I just bought this chair. I cannot make it recline. The left side can move but the right side with the lever is stuck in place. Any suggestions?

No, this is the Iskur X, not the Iskur or the Iskur XL
