Wow Dc Defenders are very disappointing this year I expected more from them. This is sad I’ve never seen a Greg Williams defense look like this.
They looked better because the offense played equally well. The offense has struggled this year and we all collectively are disappointed about DC and Arlington, Houston. But at least St. Louis and San Antonio are doing well.

The Michigan Panthers have clinched a playoff after today's win and Houston's loss with 3 weeks remaining. The top 2 teams from each division make the playoffs. The USFL Conference standings ( * = Clinched / e = Eliminated). 1. Birmingham Stallions 7-0 (*), 2. Michigan Panthers 5-2 (*), 3. Memphis Showboats 1-6 (e), 4. Houston Roughnecks 1-6 (e). The XFL Conference standings 1. St. Louis Battle Hawks 5-2, 2. San Antonio Brahmas 5-2, D.C. Defenders 3-4, 4. Arlington Renegades 1-6 (e). The Michigan Panthers will play the Birmingham Stallions in the final game of the season. Michigan still has a chance to win the division if they win out and Birmingham loses 1 of the next 2 games before they play each other in week 10. Michigan's final 3 games vs Memphis Showboats 1-6, at Houston Roughnecks 1-6, at Birmingham Stallions 7-0. Birmingham's final 3 games vs Houston Roughnecks 1-6, @ San Antonio Brahmas 5-2, vs Michigan Panthers 5-2.
The best part of this game is that we finally got to see Jalan McClendon. I'm genuinely thrilled for him, and I'd like to see him start next week. We've seen what Ta'amu can do already. After Seven games, JT ain't it. Defense was fine after the 1st quarter. D played well enough to win. Offense and Special Teams blew it. Again. Disappointing loss. So, start McClendon next week!
It is surprising how much Ta'Amu has dropped just from last season.
@@PhilAndersonOutside JT is a 50% passer with no discernable running game. He is not an accurate enough passer to win without the threat of the run. This is compounded by a coaching staff that refuses to commit to the run. At this point the Defenders should open up the offense with a pure passer (like McClendon), rather than a dual threat (like Ta'amu and Francois) at QB.
DC just flat sucked today. What a difference from last year. 😔

Using three quarterbacks in one game is really unfortunate for DC. I hope their QBs recover. Had a feeling Michigan would get it done today.

They should be silver and black like the Raiders since this is a tough team that plays hard. With the panther in Silver on a Black helmet with black facemasks.
