Jason if you drill holes in the stumps and place bicarbonate of soda or even coarse salt in the holes then the stumps will eventually die off and rot
For the really stubborn ones, add the industrial strength vinegar that you can get at Tractor Supply or Home Depot.

The only way I found to permanently remove stumps from growing back is to dig all the roots up. Had a walnut tree by my house and the squirrels kept hiding walnuts next to the foundation of my house. Dug each one up while still small. I love squirrels but they could get into trouble all the time😊
That comment is right, drill holes in the stumps snd fill with baking soda, coarse salt or chemical stump killer from your local lowes or home depot. Save time,money and hard on tractor work.

If you are not moving the chickens ever so often you need to put in some pine shavings or straw. When they poop and pee on the bedding it attracts bugs underneath. Just bare dirt and the chickens will dig up every bug possible in a few days. I would put them in your garden spot and pull them around it. Leave the bedding as you go and you garden will be ready in no time.
That runaround stuff is exhausting! Necessary, but you feel like you don’t accomplish anything 😅

You could use your mulch around all the trees, and maybe make a brim mound along the front fence for privacy from the road, but not too close to fence so animals won't get out? Plant some wild flowers perennials that come in every year?

Get some tree saw blades for your saws all , works great cutting small stumps out
Put tordon on your stumps it'll keep the trees from coming back

Be careful going over those stumps, because you can bend the shaft. You need a bush hog for the tractor.

Here's what I'd do: just as soon as they grow back again, have Outlaw come out & stump out stuff more. I'd call him now & get him up to speed & let him know that you'll be calling him soon. That way his machinery gets it handled -hopefully forever.
