Did you type in the wrong password too many times to eventually your iPhone says, "iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes"?. We will be restoring back to factory defaults. So without the password connection to the locked account for resetting is virtually useless cause I have a iphone xr given to me from my old man & so the story goes is that it won't reset without that vital password. try again, when u see its 5 mins till the download finishes put it in recovery mode. that should do the trick
