@@StarsAreBright I was like that 1 year ago, but I didn't give up hope, i'm still skinny but no longer weak. Gradually increase the intensity of your workout, even if you think you can't do it anymore you have to stay consistent. Go to the doctor, make a checkup to your body to see if you have any problems, blood exam, etc. And take a lot of protein. And eat healthy, junk food will only make you worse. That is my experience i'm sorry if it doesn't help you and you already knew this, but I just wanted to try to help.
