  • Very good explanation! This throw tends to put a lot of pressure on my shoulder, more than ippon seoi nage. Is there a tip to prevent that from happening/hurting?

  • If my partner would wear a too tight judogi, I probably would do another throw. All should fit. After all it takes two to judo. Besides... Priceless video.
