Canadian expansion team in Liiga when?
"Keep in mind, whatever I predict, it never happens" And Baptiste scores 48 seconds into overtime
As a fellow English speaking Tappara fan, I am so glad I found your channel. Go Tappara!
One thing I've noticed when it comes to Swedish and Finnish players is that they're generally really good skaters. And when Swedish and Finnish players go to the NHL, they're usually among the best players in their teams.
I'm a Finn living Sweden, these are the best highlights for Liiga games I've ever seen.
Surprisingly entertaining,I must admit.Seen any chocolate trains whilst there?
I totally agree! I haven't followed Liiga since I was a kid, but this format really works for me.
Same here, a finn living in Gothenburg, Sweden. Last time I was watching a hockey game live was maybe 40 years ago. This was fun to watch.
@@kareem8533 His enthusiasm catches on.He is not one of them posers posting whatever content is trending.
Your prediction came through! Baptiste for the winner🇨🇦👌
"Golden Helmet" is number 76 ANTON LEVTCHI. Legend player! Second hat trick in this playff -season! And fastest 3 goals in a row in finnish league playoff-games history!
Lovely city of Lahti.... First time anyone has said that.
😂😂😂😂😂
Chicago of Finland...
Cmon, Chicago aint that bad...
@@harjatalonen3467 Not only bad,it s the worst! Is there anything else than ski jumping fixture on Lahti?
Oh. I thought Porvoo was the worst... Okay, now I know.
One of the good things about being in the front row is that you can see the actual speed of the game much better than sitting up top
The seats actually made this even more fun, had chills watching it many times.Watched this on TV so this really is for the atmosphere and your views, they are fun to watch.
I loved to see the perspective on first row since im disabled and never get to watch game from there! The details and tmosphere was so muc mor intense. You could feel the game. Even you had adrenaline rush in there which was cool to see. There is broadcast to capture everything but this was more immersive angle and gave a nice pov of the game! Thank you
Nice video and commentary as always! I didn’t mind the shooting location, gave us a different perspective. Good to mix them up a bit. And most importantly you missed to point out that your prediction was right, Nick Baptiste made the winning goal (if I remember it correct from last night, there was a lot of beer involved...)
Dude. You doing better job than finnish media atm.. Keep it going. i rather watch your opinion about game than Helsinki Writers at Iltasanomat/Iltalehti. Always Hifk classes on. Keep it going
Love your videos from Finland!
The scratches in the plexiglass will disappear with a few beers. 😀
Can confirm!! Vision improved 1000%
Dang that kid in the net is good as hell.
Content is on another level. I have never seen anything like this before in our Finnish Liiga. They honestly need to pay you at this point 😂 Also, you have to go to Switzerland and do the same next year on KZhead. The fans there are seriously so loud and most teams have top players! One negative of course the country is veeeery expensive..
You definately should come every year to Finland to do these videos as you said! :D Very fun to watch.
Great commentary and video!! Loving the hockey series. Still have my cow bell Steve!! 😂
You 2 have become my favourite channel for following these finals 💪 As a lifelong Tappara fan I enjoy good games like this and I would have enjoyed it even if Pelicans would have won. Respect to Pelicans and their fans. Especially to that one who bought you a beer 👍 Your comments about Finlands Chicago made me laugh outloud 😂😂
For the next game a short finnish lesson. Beer = olut, kalja or bisse. Try these❤
It was the fastest hat trick in liiga finals ever from golden helmet Anton Levtchi
Tappara is so strong, unbelieveable
baptiste final goal🔥
3rd period was absolutely attrocious by Pelicans, it's a wonder they got to the OT. Also fun fact: It's the 3rd time Pelicans is in finals (2012, 2023 & 2024.) They have won ONE home game in the finals, that was the first final in 2012. In 2012 they lost 4-1 to JYP - Same as last year to Tappara.
Hey, there's also U18 World Championhip games going on near Helsinki, at Espoo & Vantaa. Maybe CAN - FIN in semifinal/final ??? :)
Was wondering the same!😂
I have experienced all spectre of emotions during these game lmao(I was standing on the first row of pelicans fan sector)
Bring on game 5!!
Hey, with a few beers it doesn't matter where you sit. 😀
you deserved my sub. Hope u get to the last final tomorrow! i wish...
Tappara!!! 💙🧡💙🧡💙🧡
Lahti here. I am not satisfied but great to see that you had good time.
let's fucking go, game 5 we take the series and another trophy
Are you guys planning to go see CAN playing in U18 world championships in Espoo&Vantaa this and next week?
I think Anton Levtchi is gonna fit in great in a 2nd line for Luleå next season. Hopefully he gets some great synergy with Eetu Koivistoinen aswell.
Great atmosphere and much better seats than the VIP ones!
Apparently Jamie Hyneman was at this game
Saw you there but I couldn't come to say hi
Are you planning to make videos of international games at some point, like the IIHF world championships? It's huge in Europe, as you might already know.
Against Tappara 2-0 lead only gives a slightly better chance to win 😉
9:19 Is it you Patrik?
guy 15:30 rocking an Absurd shirt. 88 brother.
Just found Sausages in Lidl that is named !AI KARAMBA
Probably delicious
You were lucky to see the best game of the series. A lot of drama, a lot of action. But I believe that this was the culmination point and, unfortunately, game 5 will be the last of this series.
Yeah. Even if they win next game there's no chance Pelicans will win championship. Tappara is too strong.
Do you go watch u18 WC
It was the fastest hat trick in Finnish Liiga history finals and the #76 had a lot of crap in the media before the game because he was not playing so well in the last six game's
actually fastest hattick in liiga history was from juha leimu in 44 seconds (pelicans legend)
it was fastest hattrick in liiga finals tho🔥
@@krokodii1i but not in finals, in regular season yes.
@@krokodii1i So? Now we are playing finals and it's a different world to play than the regular season
Lahti huutaa: HOPEAA!
Tappara on terästä, tänäkin vuonna.
You should try to catch a game next season between Luleå and Skellefteå in the SHL, great atmosphere great hockey. You will probably have a chance to see Jacob Ihs Wozniak, he set a new record for points in the under 20 juniors league beating out people like Filip Forsberg, Willy Nylander and more. He is a first year Junior aswell only just turned 17. Will probably go high in the first round next draft. As a bonus you can see Linus Omark aswell (He did that crazy debut penalty for the oilers).
what is with the golden helmets?
Golden helmet is leading point getting on each team
Its so fun to watch Yours Videos! Hope to CU guys at prag? I have tickets to CAN-FIN game? Beers on Me! 🍻🍻🍻👊
Do you know that pelicans goalie is 19years old maybe 20
Yes! Kokko. big fan of him. Waiting for him to play in NHL.
Doens t ex NHL goalie Pasi Nurminen own Pelicans?Did you know that Pelicans is also a wordplay,a pun?Peli is game in Finnish and can is can.Translated it reads able to play, can the game.
Nice content! curious about swedish and russian Hockey... how different would be...
Interesting to see how different Finnish and Swedish hockey culture is.
💙🧡
You basically predicted everything here, what's up with that 🤨
My first correct predictions of 10 hockey videos in Finland lol
The ref named Aleksi Rantala is hated all over Finland. And with a reason. We're lucky that he only whistles the games in Lahti and not in the sundays game. (I will be there)
I think you should move to finland you would become a finnish celebrity
Lahti is the drug capital of Finland 😅 that's why it's called the Chicago of Finland...But I can't help but root for the Pelicans since Tappara has been so unbeatable the last decade or so that it's kinda starting to become tiring
Well, actually the name came first because Lahti and Chicago had a lot of slaughterhouses, and later it was said meaning the crime rate. Drugs are quite new phenomenon.
Here in Finland you cannot blackmail taxpayers to pay for your arenas like in USA.
The 3-3 goal was absolutely no goal. The goalie was tripped on goalie's zone.
You miss the hockey final in Sweden🇸🇪
We was robbed😣😖😫
You *were* robbed
Wat was robbed? Those 2 penalty calls for your teams players on overtime? XD
In Scotland the was would be changed to wis, to used the verb were means that your are not that fussed, but if you use the wrong form of the verb you are conveying that you are insensed by the result, so much so that your ability to use proper grammar is lost.
Remember! Go celebrate the championship torille! (market place/town square) There will be a great atmosphere ! Good content bravo🤌🏼
they are not tappara ultras XD just basic fanboys
how you can be a tappara fan? most disgusting club in a liiga.
