For me, even last season fell short of being truly convincing. We managed to secure victories in quite a number of matches, including the Carabao Cup final, that could be argued were undeserved. It was evident that such success was not sustainable in the long run. I was already Ten Hag out towards the end of last season.

So quick question for people like rhino, so everything he said about Rasmus is fine. But will he have the same energy for Jackson? He’s also a young striker who’s come from a different league. He’s first touch is better and he’s link up play is better got more goals than Rasmus as well. He’s problem is goal scoring. So will rhino say he’s shit? Or he’ll have the same energy that he’s having with Rasmus. Going to be honest. He probably thinks Nicolas Jackson is shite and Rasmus is miles better. Even though Jackson cost 30mil plus. And so far he’s a 30 mil player while Rasmus is nowhere near that 70 mil price tag. But I don’t even think as of right now he’s a 40mil player. He needed to stay at Atlanta, develop and then maybe go to a united or a idk another top club. He made the move too soon. If he maybe arrived at united for 30mil or so don’t think anyone would be negative, he probably gets time and patience. That’s the reality.
They overpaid. Like they overpay for everyone theyve brought in pretty much since ferguson left. What happens then is is that it doesnt give a true reflection of a players ability so the expectation is unrealistic, then, when a player drops off you cant sell on properly. A club cant get it right regarding players coming in all the time but there are levels. How many signings for utd since ferguson have been unqualified success?...even qualified..a few?
jackson has a horrific catalgoue of sitters hes missed, frankly hojlund doesnt get a fraction of the chances jackson has. jackson is in the tier of nunez and werner. good footballers but require a high volume of chances created for them so they can score

@@mariovelan7380 i think its purely down to style of play. we play through our wingers which are all really inside forwards who shoot first, pass later. not to mention mactominay attacks the same spaces making rasmus obselete in the final thrid while leaving massive gaps in midfield. once we get a new manager and he puts and end to this basketball football, i think we'll start to see the best from him

I don’t care if you don’t like the manager, be professional and honor your club and especially its fans. Ineos isn’t changing a thing. A full sale was needed to clean house. Now when you rock up next season with rashford, maguire, mctominay, Shaw, Bruno, etc don’t get mad. They may play well for a bit with the new guy but ultimately they’ll let you down again. Glazers will sit there laughing in your face cause fans will place the blame on ineos and skate free. Another game where we should of been 5 1 down at half time...i told you guys manchester united as a team only look decent when games turned into basketball match end to end..because you get more space....against Bournemouth we got bopped off the park and because it never went end to end..we never looked decent even for 5 mins....we should of lost really..that was a pen at the end you coul see it was on the line....one last thing...we take to long on throwins then lose it..and the amout of times our gk has the ball the camera looks at crowd or managers..comes back and we have lost the ball...is ridiculous...these players are not being coached on the ball to keep the ball...hence long ball alot.
