The Celtic tribe of the "Helvetii" lived on the northern edge of the Alps, where Switzerland is today. So they could very well be my ancestors😀
Later they mixed with the Romans and even later with the immigrant Germanic tribe of the "Alemanni"...
I am curious how hard life was in the shadow of the mountains in Celtic times, without the achievements of modern civilization
