3 Hours of 3 Days of Trains in Chesterton Indiana. Classic NS Power!
Over April break I went to Chesterton Indiana for three days. I saw over 100 trains but there is only about 85 trains in this video because some trains I was not able to film or the video did not come out well. For those three days I stayed at Riley’s Railhouse, A bed and breakfast right next to the tracks. The husband and wife that own the railhouse are very courteous and professional. Also there is two railhouse dogs Chloe and Jackson which are both calm and well trained. A big thank you to Riley’s Railhouse for giving me an industrial grade radio and antenna from an old Norfolk Southern locomotive. In this video, I see a mixture of good trains that were all unique in their own way. I know this is a very long video, so if you do not intend to watch the entire video, I will put the time for each train in the comments section and pin that comment, so you can skip around in the video.
Warmly,

I stayed at Rileys in October of 2017 and was also aloud to use that radio. Great Bed and Breakfast but after the first 25 trains I was off to other filming spots. A magnificent Rail Road Super Highway and glad you were able to experience the entire Railfanning experience. Loved your video!

10:04 what horn?
RustRail I think its some wild sounding K5LA that NS messed with, could be wrong
just looked at photos, looks like a K5LLA .
RustRail K5LA’s and K5LLA’s look identical until you get close up when you can see the small number and letter engraved in each bell...
Hybrid K5LA
Sounds like a hybrid K5LA
It's easier if I just show you.
