If I did not stop to film this log I would not have found what I found today
I just happen to set up my camera on the otherside of this log to film myself metal detecting and BAM ! there was a good signal on the F19 right there. I dug in and pulled 1874 Indian head penny first signal. It all started when I went for a bit of exploring on the deserted farmland that has been abandoned since the Great Depression. I climbed to the top of the hill where there are now overgrown fields . I studied the landscape and could see where they were stacking rocks to start building rock walls. The next find was a muckiest ball 12 feet away and I knew it was going to be a good day relic hunting. I made my way over behind where the barn was hundreds of years ago and found a button, buckle and a perfect crotal bell. Wow ! it all lined up so well today metal detecting this old New England farm. Old coins and 1800s relics found with ease.

What a great mix of finds today. Really enjoyed the video 😊
Nice finds, Charlie. Finding crotal bells never gets old. They're best if you can get them to ring again. 🛎🛎🛎
As you said, a good representation! Good weather, good scenery, good finds! Sweet Indian head cent. Love the crotal bell, too. Thanks for taking us along!
Crotal 👍 Enjoyed
You found a nice spot there, Charlie. That is definitely worth coming back to. Congratulations nice finds. Keep the videos coming.
Thank you Charlie for the adventure , seeing some beautiful scenery and nice finds especially the bell !
It really impressive how those Lesche shovel’s really hold up to all of New Hampshire’s hard, rocky soil. Nice hunt today Charlie.
Charlie's always a banger! I could watch him all day! :D

To be able to read the land and the woods takes special talents.
Beautiful day for a dig ! You did well

Nice hunt, Charlie! You really made some sweet finds on that day!
A plethora of good finds to end this week of Not Thursday Satisfying
Good Morning Charlie ☀️
I like your shovel. Homemade, sturdy and solid. That will last along time. Can't find them like that in any store.
Nice finds! I've been streaming Outlander on Netflix and it's fascinating to see the clothing tools buckles and brooches they depict rather authentically from the 1740s in Scotland. It really puts your finds in perspective.
Hola amigo, aquí llegando a la aventura, qué tengas mucho éxito en tus búsquedas, te envío un gran saludo y un gran abrazo desde chile 🙋♂️🇨🇱💪🤜🤛👍⛏️💍🗝️🗡️👏

Hi from the UK Charlie x
Thanks 😎....
Good vid.
Congratulations on the IHP Charlie
Nate would be jealous
The log is dead, but it’s still doing historical stuff
Charlie how is Lou doing? Haven't seen the shack in a long time.
The detail on your Indian Head Penny 1873 is very good. Do you sell your pennies? Just checked PCGS price guide and there are two varieties open three and closed three . Value depends on condition
Curious about your machine. Why the Fisher versus other brands and models?
The F19 is a great relic machine. Simple, light and he knows how to use it very well.
I love my fisher machine as it loves jewelry
@@notdone1975 Yeah, nothing wrong with Fisher. I got a Teknetics, same company.
I have the Fisher 5, and I like light weight
What ! No oxen shoe ...
Indian head penny is about 240.00 dollars
