Hi sir , my father has HCC stage 4 with liver cirrhosis and ascitis . He complains that his stomach is so swelled that he can’t sit . We r doing palliative care for him so we want him to get some relief . His age is 60 years , albumin is 2.5 . Is he eligible for TIPS. Please reply sir .

Clinical history Nash cirrhosis Splenorenal shunt of 6mm Can this process is applicable? My father's age is 58 years No ascites,No blood in vomiting,no black stool.but very weak, slow speach,slow movement,balance problem. Please guide with your valuable knowledge 🙏🙏

Kya TIPS treatment temporary hota h 2-4 years k liye. Kya iske baad liver transplant ki zaroorat pdti h kya.

Yes in many cases it is bridging between liver transplant and in some cases it is permanent,
