You should have shown the two shipping screws that release's the AMS . I have seen other video's where the person struggled to figure that out.
The differences between these videos and the quick start guide.. Really should update.. My ams cracked at the screw points because all of this wasn't clear
there are 2 parts to remove them as stl. you can google it and print to release the AMS module.

I just received mine a few hours ago. It works awesome! This is the first time I literally need to do nothing to calibrate a new printer and it prints flawlessly on the first try. It's a game changer! Excellent job, Bambu Lab! 👍👍👍
did this machine include filament?
@@brettrichardson2423 It comes with 3 sample spools of 250g each: PLA, Support and PA-CF. But while the Bambu Lab filaments cost the same price as any other, you don't need to use those. The generic profiles for PLA, ABS and PETG have worked flawlessly with the other brands I've used, including Prusa, Filright, eSun and others. (I started buying BL filament because their RFID tags are super convenient)

Design looks nice especially for a first product. When something is getting as heavy as that, it's time to consider some handle/lift points in the design. (might already be there)

Just got my X1C yesterday. Took 30 minutes to unbox and update firmware. Printed out the Benchy and scraper on the SD card straight away. I did absolutely nothing. Both printed out flawlessly. Decided it was ready for my own print. Using the studio. Took literally 1 minute over wifi to send. 3hrs later. Danm...I am impressed. The only real concern is how long it will last. Obviously Prusa has proven its longevity. But if My X1C is long lasting without having to replace parts constantly. Sign me up for a second one.

Just the idea that a 'build' consists mostly of REMOVING A COUPLE WELL MARKED SCREWS is so different from the 'normal experience (find the screws, HOPE you got the right one, HOPE that this is where, they go, PRAY that the printer can be connected) I have had one printer that to FIND the correct voltage switch literally took TWICE AS LONG as to assemble the REST of the printer (then had a firmway glitch right out of the box).

This skips a few steps such as removing a number of screws holding the AMS and brackets in place, a number of plastic pieces, and is very brief. I followed kzhead.info/sun/jK6cmsqBhZV3ZYE/bejne.html instead, which is a lot more detailed and matched my experience. Would recommend following that one instead!

I'm experiencing bad customer service from Bambu Lab so far. After 9 days of numerous emails and an opened service ticket I still get a run around "scripted" responses from Bambu Lab about my returned package since I wasn't home to sign for it. All I need to know was if they could redeliver so I can plan my works accordingly but can't seem to get an answer to it. I think they outsourced their customer service to a remote third parties so all I got were scripted answers to a simple question. Bad customer experience with Bambu Lab so far.
And you skip the main part...removing the foam under the buildplate...

This printer is good until you have to talk to the technicians…. I’m having trouble with a defective part and I’m 3 weeks writing with them because the printer has a defective part that they don’t want to change it . Since day one this part was defective but the post service of bambú labs is a piece of ……..
It would be good back when people sent emails that you guys respond to the emails that would be great And for me that is very concerning to purchase a product or even look to purchase something and nobody answers your email so is it really a real company that's the question you might be putting out products will you be there later
Relax, they're obviously extremely busy during the Kickstarter and shipping process.
They have lot to do and you are able to purchase it earliest next month. They are now fighting with the huge KS success and trying there best to answer all questions belonging to this. If you have a special question just ask others at Reddit or join the KS. Otherwise wait until it’s a available product, they will answer for sure. In the meantime you may check the blog and website.

You use a print releave printed with a Bambu Lab printer. How can a first Bambu lab printer owner do that????? So like MY brandnew, today's arrived printer must stay in the box???? IS the AMS in my printer sealed?????? no way to get it out in the way as it is in the video. If it is a sport to make or keep the flatcable for the display as short as possible, you won the first price. HTF dow one can plug that 3,5 cm cable in the back of the display. And it is was ok how can one take it out in case of moving the printer to another house? In this video the cable is at least 1,5 factor the lenght as what it is for real. Are there more traps to go on with the first steps?No gluestick ik the box. DISAPPOINTED. In, this videomanual. The content of the box, strange thing happening after some printing the filament is running back. Printer wait. Printer take back the filament. Printer wait. Printer send back filament. Printer wait. Printer is waiting. Printer is still waiting,AMS motor is overcharged the display telling me. Now printer tells me there is no micro SDcard. So no time laps video. Again filament goes back to spool. First poop is made. Not even printed 2 layers of my cellphone stand ( datalist in the machine ). And man, what a noise is this machine making? In the original unboxing video we see 4 spools of filament. In my box I only had 3.
Your customer service is pitiful.
This video is completely useless. Nothing is shown as it should be. There are way more screws than that to take out and other steps to follow which are not shown here.
I have never met in my life a worse company than yours as far as technical assistance is concerned, all this is pitiful, you know you have the wind in your sails now and therefore you have become very superficial with customers, on the other hand we know very well that an Asian part, public relations are a waste of time, you are only interested in hoarding money. I am seriously concerned about buying from you. I've been trying to contact you for 15/20 days to buy 2 printers from you and get me to activate a tax-free account, you don't deign to reply to emails or tickets. But don't you feel a little embarrassed?
