  • New track ‘Smoke’. Interview with music producer Dmytro Gordon: «You brought a dombra with you to LA», I asked. To which he replied: «Every true Kazakh has to have a dombra at their home». So, he brought the dombra to the studio next time, and composed the parts for it. 😊

  • The instrument that looks like a guitar or acoustic guitar is actually a traditional Kazakh instrument called "dombra". We can see him using this instrument in the songs "Dudarai" and "Adai+Daididau" or as part of the Durdaraz arrangement!

  • Wow Vera, da hast du dir aber was vorgenommen👍. Das bekommst du auf alle Fälle hin. Ich bin richtig neugierig auf deine Performance. Dimash ist echt heiß in dem Video. Man merkt, er hat das Image des netten Jungen von nebenan vermutlich satt hat. Warum auch nicht, er ist ein erwachsener Mann von fast 30 Jahren und nicht mehr der kleine Junge. Obwohl ich den "kleinen" schüchternen Jungen auch sehr mochte, gefällt mir der "neue" Dimash auch sehr gut. Da bekommen wir wohl noch viel aufregendes zu sehen😅.

  • I hope you reach your milestone soon, Vera. I also hope you have a chance to attend one of his concerts sometime. Two men from here in the USA, a vocal teacher from Florida and a composer/musician from New York, discovered Dimash in past year and were so impressed by him that they traveled all the way to Munich, where they have been staying, and will be attending his concert in Budapest tomorrow.   • Always great to see you Vera, especially with Dimash reactions! You immediately had me smiling from ear to ear. This is Pop genius! Like Be With Me and When I've Got You. But the songs are always so completely different and unique from each other. In this one, I loved the choreography, & of course the siren like hi notes, the weird pulsating bass, the bubbling keyboard part and the background vocals at the end! GENIUS!!!🤯🤯🤯🤯
