This is a really good video but you’ll never see any of the best sprinters keep their arms at 90 degrees coaches just cue it because it’s easy to que also sprinting is a rotational movement so the arms will come across the midline because of gait the legs will invert etc
Thanks man. If the arms are coming across the midline then energy is being wasted. Sprinting is more anti rotational than rotational. Think on water in shoulders don't spill the energy
