This may be calming, but it's not white noise. It's pink noise, heavier on lower frequencies, known to be present in non-vacuum spaces either on earth or in outer space.

@@Ja_cky7039.. The specific noise in this video is actually a combination of a multitude of frequencies. An audio signal of pure white noise consists of all frequencies audible to the human ear (that is: every frequency between 20hz and 20.000hz), and different kinds of noises-like brown noise, pink noise or any other kind of noise that is not pure white noise-have distinct distributions of frequencies within a spectum of all frequencies. Some noises have less high frequencies (e.g. in the range 10.000hz-20.000hz), some have more low frequencies (e.g. 20hz-100hz), some have more of certain frequencies (e.g. 5000hz, 420hz, 840hz, 500hz-550hz etc.) which gives a more "tonal" quality to the noise. If one took away all but one single frequency of a noise signal, one would hear a "tone"-that would be the sound of that specific frequency. Add another frequency to that signal, and one would hear two tones/frequencies simultaneously. Add another-three tones. Add the rest of the frequencies audible to the human ear, and one would hear white noise.
