pakorah mein thoda sa eno dal diya karo then pakora soft ho jayega. At the end tadke mein thoda sa onion and garlic and kashmiri mirch bhi dal diya karo it gives nice colour and flavour to kadhi. The garlic helps to control the gastric element in kadhi.

My mother had the same problem that too of 8 mm but after taking a medicine she is now fit and fine mashallsh ..dr suggested her for operation..but miracully she went to one ayurveda medical shop for some things then she saw a lady thanking that shopkeeper for giving her a medicine of same so she also asked him and trust me after 3 to 4 months her ultrasound was so good ..and now mashaallah she is absolutely fit …..if you guys want I can ask from her the name of medicine and tell you .. @sabakajahan

My mother had the same problem that too of 8 mm but after taking a medicine she is now fit and fine mashallsh ..dr suggested her for operation..but miracully she went to one ayurveda medical shop for some things then she saw a lady thanking that shopkeeper for giving her a medicine of same so she also asked him and trust me after 3 to 4 months her ultrasound was so good ..and now mashaallah she is absolutely fit …..if you guys want I can ask from her the name of medicine and tell you .. @sabakajahan
