  • Ashley your cat as just cracked me up, she as been staring at the camera as thought she can see us all watching her and does not look happy about it. Well done on your walks I really should make an effort to get out more myself x

  • BRAVO! Over 120 km in 30 days is fantastic! I very much enjoyed listening to you reading your diary entries or notes on certain walks. Watching Blue behind you was hilarious. Her glaring at us for stealing your attention. Walking away and coming back, more than once, to see if we're still there. 😂😂😂

  • Well done Ashley. You have done so well. I learnt the other day that sunlight helps to produce a chemical that helps with sleep so that could explain why you are sleeping better. I loved listening to your creative writing. Take care xxx

  • Keep it up if you can Ash. I used to walk a lot until lockdown, then it all went pear shaped, so did the gym and exercising. Wish Id kept it up. It seems daunting to me now, Ive got really idle. Sitting doing crafts all the time doesnt help, but doing what you like makes you happy I guess. I should take a leaf out of your book. It can only be beneficial. Take care x
