Your question doesn’t have any sense. Infantry counters range. Range counters cavalry. And cavalry counters infantry. If you’re asking about a case with player rallies, then the biggest damage against counter will deal range troops. (If rally leader send range blast, and defender will use infantry formation). That’s because range troops start attacking from long distance, in comparing with infantry and cavalry.
