    • Little known secret that people who have never watched women's basketball don't know. But for the longest time (this has changed now) your average woman basketball player was probably a better shooter than your average nba player. Ive always suspected that this was due to the fact that they really couldnt focus on bigs and dunking and instead emphasized fundamentals more, which a lot of male basketball players could use.

When the Iowa Post players set high ball screens an Clark has the ball and those post players roll to bucket, Clark hits them on the dime. • Whatever WNBA team she goes too, they need to hand her the keys to their offense. The league needs more entertaining players, and what better than a female Steph Curry. Even better if she's encouraged to develop her athleticism and start throwing down dunks.

    • Went back and watched the game again today. 1. Zia Cooke double-dribbled or carried the ball at least 3 times and was never called for it. 2. Early in the first period, Aliyah elbowed Clark intentionally and was not called for it. 3. On NUMEROUS occasions---too many to count---South Carolina players (especially #12 Beal and #10 Cardoso), camped out in the Offensive Paint for 5+ seconds with no call. 4. Aliyah clubbed and threw Iowa players around like baby seals, no call. If anything, the refs did South Carolina as much as they could. And Carolina still lost.

    • She is on pace to break the all time collegiate scoring record next season (assuming she stays healthy). She also led the country in assists the last two seasons and is on pace to finish well inside the top ten all time in assists. And also gets a lot of rebounds for being a guard. She is the only elite recruit on Iowa, so the team getting to the championship game and taking out South Carolina is particularly impressive.

  • This young lady is a marvel with the basketball. The way she gets her team involved with the assists her team feeds off her energy. I hope she wins it all tomorrow for the state of Iowa and all her fans/supporters and admirers. Win or lose I will be watching where she plays she is going to change the WNBA if and when she gets there. My favorite play in the highlight clip is the up and under fall away jumper over the 6'7 SC player masterful my god and so smooth! This is greatness and it needs to be appreciated she is doing things that haven't been done in this Final Four :)

  • She reminds me of Steve Nash the way she runs the pick and roll and the way she using angles to penetrate. Also her vision and the way she surveys the floor allows her to always make the right play. Or if Tim Duncan was a guard I would imagine he would play like her.

    • if she reminds us both of Steve Nash for " the way she runs the pick and roll and the way she using angles to penetrate", she reminds me of Duncan in one thing: outright seriousness during games. She is so into the game, nothing fazes her. When she really celebrates a basket it will be a once in a lifetime moment, like Duncan when he nailed the 3 pointer in OT vs the Suns in 2008
