Laterally POPPING OUT Dents! | Done Same Day!
Today in San Jose California I'm using PDR and collision procedures to remove a dent from a Toyota Camry. Repairing a panel with lateral pulling tabs to save the customer money and reporting a claim on his insurance. The dent done the same day.

I could watch this video 100 times and have all those tool snap still not get anywhere close to that result. This takes a VERY skilled eye to know the angles to pull, how hard to pull, where to hammer, ect, ect. Extremely skilled art here. You can tell this dude has been doing this for a very long time.
The Swiss watch makers of the bodyshop world.
it's a hoax sheet metal does not shrink without extreme heat this guy is playing you his just out to sell tools that even if u buy, u cannot achieve that level of perfection.
😭@@mashamambea5704
This shop is a couple of miles from me and I've used it twice. Both times produced good results. There's this pesky pillar in my condo's parking garage. Anyway, what a surprise and joy to see this on KZhead. He really is that good. Take it from a customer.
I've been doing pdr since the early 90s and I've NEVER seed a master like you. You have mad skills my friend.
Really good body workers are honestly like magicians.
Thank you for your comment
This is really amazing work, saving materials in the process. I enjoyed the video!
You been gone a while! It’s great to see you back! Blown away by this one ☝️ yet again you have accomplished a level of PDR that others wouldn’t touch! Class!!
Thank you I really appreciate that
Super result. How is this even possible to repair ??? I am shocked by the result of the work!!! You are a super master... I'll never be like that. Thanks for the repair reviews. I watch and learn. 👏👏👏
Thank you
i have watched a few of your videos now. REALLY IMPRESSED with the quality of the repair and your work. its really good.
I'm not even a dent remover type dude, but I love watching these videos. Always shocked at how good his results are.
That was a nice job you did, I'm just getting into this art, I was recently introduced to it and I was amazed by all the different techniques there are I'm lucky to have an old car here to make dents and practice on, it's amazing. Keep your crowns down and the lights on. Cheers from Jacksonville Florida 🌞
Right on James thank you for your comment
Great work Clark! glad to see you are still smashing those dents out of the park, no dent has a chance going up against your skills. 💪👊
Thank you Jake for stopping by I appreciate all your comments. How’s the dent business going on your side of the planet?
@@DentDiscountPDRBodyShop Unfortunately I've been unwell since Dec 2020 but hopefully now back on the mend, most of my customers are prepared to wait for me, so I think I will be pretty busy when I get back! All the best, you are doing some amazing work that is very entertaining to watch. Keep safe 😉
Wow my friend!! I’m glad to hear you’re back on the road to healing up. I’m 52 I’m paying closer attention to my stress and eating habits. I am big on the placebo effect how you can trick your body into health. You take good care stay in touch.

@@DentDiscountPDRBodyShop Yes, you look after yourself, this trade certainly takes it out on your body. Looking forward to watching your next challenge, catch up soon! 😉👊
Amazing work! Thats true craftsmanship there, and it seems to be a dying art. Most shops around here would have replaced the panel and not even tried to fix the dent. You're a magician!
Been watching you for a year learned so much thank you so much!
BRAVO, BRAVO, as usual totally awesome work. Perfection at it" s finest.
You’re a master of the trade. Very impressive to watch 👍
nice to c u come back. another wonderful job.
Man of steel.... Your skills are amazing. Great job... Great video and obviously details discussed in video. Thumbs up
No doubt this is mostly skill, but having the right tools is what it's all about. 👍
such wise words , you should buy a steinway grand piano , obvious you can play like a master
All said and done, most of the tools on display here are his own builds.......ll
This dude can "read" the twisted metal like I would read "Fun with Dick and Jane". 🤓
I could've painted a new fender and blended the door multiple times in the time this job took. Still incredible to see dents manipulated by hand and the end result speaks for itself. Impressive sir.
That is just the paint though, the dents are going to have to come out either way
Thank you for your comment
@@greengoat5654 dood body men. buy new parts lollll
Yeah, but now you've got a paint system that is different from factory. You may have to blend into the bonnet or risk a mismatch. You've also got to remove door top trim (with risk of rippling it) and handle (or mask around and have lacquer peel later) and soft mask the lacquer all around the door. You've also got to rust protect the inside of the wing and align for all gaps. Then in three years time your paint blend will start to show because refinishing paints are literally a different product to production paint. Then you've got the cost of the wing (assuming it's available), time off road, energy costs for your oven and environmental costs. Most of all, the value of the car after this sort of PDR to this quality is completely as it was the minute before the accident. A multiple painted car is never as nice and therefore never worth as much as something with 100% factory paint.
Amazing work dude. I appreciate you for your work.
I love these videos. You are by far the best PDR guy on KZhead. I can fix some pretty bad damage, but nothing like you can. 💪😎🇺🇲
Thank you Ice Age I really appreciate that
Awesome , missed you brother , welcome back

Great to see you fit and well, been missing your awesome videos 👍😎🤘
Thank you my friend I really appreciate that
Every time I see your dent challenges i think there is no way. You impress by fixing the mess every time in the end.
I love that you are helping to save the planet by not fitting a new panel, not using paint and other things. Its just your skill and time and some glue. This is a fantastic method.
Thank you
I can't believe the result!!!👏🏻 Amazing and skilled work!
Even if I had all those tools, couldn't get the result of this master - not even close.
It's a hoax sheet metal stretches on impact without heat it can never shrink back.
@@pcm7315 I agree, I couldn't either. Ken is the Picasso of PDR.

Welcome to my channel thank you for subscribing
Bloody brilliant job mate, there would be heaps of panel beaters watching.
This is awesome. PDR can be hit or miss, in terms of price and skill. This guy takes his time to get great results. This takes a lot more skill than just to replace the panel and repaint. Might even be able to airbrush the remaining paint scuffs.
Dude the paint came off on the fender so they need to paint the door fender hood so can match the color is Pearl
Wow! I'm a body tech over in North Carolina, and watching you work really has me itching to stock up on pdr tools and chase that paper! Keep up the good work 💪🏻

Am very happy to be on your teaching site, man of steel you really a genius sir

Brilliant to watch, nasty dent which normally would have been a wing replacement. Excellent skill you have, fantastic result, great video, Alex.

Man you’re work is awesome! I subscribed about a week ago and I’m hooked to your videos. I want to make a business out of this. I just bought some tools and I’m gonna start practicing on my personal cars and friends and families cars that are willing to let me experiment. I’ve been in the automotive mechanical repair field for quite some time but it’s not really doing it for me anymore. I’m ASE certified and completely self taught, my question for you is, should I seek out training or just get straight to it and start honing in my skill? If you do recommend training could you recommend a good program or school? Thanks man keep up the good work!!
