It would be hilarious and a bit brilliant if they explained that the reasons all of these specialists running around looking like each other is because they're clones from a secret cloning project using AI technology to fix the out of place weirdness of specialists. That aside, I see what they're doing with AI, probably chipping the soldiers like in Black Mirror. With the false sky and lab it reminds me of the anime Tengoku Daimakyo.

I think they are starting to actually use the lore as gameplay, what used to be just strategic points for the US and Russia is now becoming a reason for the No-Pats to fight for their freedom, here they are used as objects for experiments, this revelation could have the No-Pats fight back against their contractors, they have a home (reclaimed) now they'll have to fight to show the world it's not just a small refugee camp, but an actual nation

@@Gen10civic I agree. Their excuse, or reasoning, was the engine was limited on assets and performance. Maybe that's true, I don't know I didn't develop the game. But BFV / BF1 looks vastly superior and performs leaps and bounds better.

And on top of that the AI would need to be present in the game files, which I don't believe is allowed on console, and it's a risk to your PC as well. On top of that the assets would still need to be designed by developers in order for the AI to have a pool of assets to randomly choose from. So while it's possible, it's not probable.

I watched a few famous youtuber videos, and some mentioned that they don't know what is going on in this trailer. "Is this Halloween theme? are they zombies? what is going on?" It's clearly mentioned in the trailer "Lab, dissecting and prosthetic arms, they're cyborg. The reason why they're still using guns and knives.

I hope Portal will be a permanent part of the Battlefield franchise going forward. That's what I really want. Oh, to be able to relive the magic of Gulf Of Oman, Operation Locker, Operation Metro 2014, and others from BF3 and BF4. That would be amazing!

It's the only reason (well that and solo/coop & bot support) my friends and I all returned to this franchise with 2042, after not having played a BF title since waaay back in the old days (when all of those features used to be a staple of the series), so if they remove them for the next one, we definitely dippin' again.
A modern Argonne forest mixed with some valparaiso and tunnels and modern elements of Flashpoint and Spearhead. Should be an interesting map. Hopefully it plays well.

It would be hilarious and a bit brilliant if they explained that the reasons all of these specialists running around looking like each other is because they're clones from a secret cloning project using AI technology to fix the out of place weirdness of specialists. That aside, I see what they're doing with AI, probably chipping the soldiers like in Black Mirror. With the false sky and lab it reminds me of the anime Tengoku Daimakyo.

The lore behind Dark Creations seems intriguing. Can't wait to delve into it more.
Some things are even better unexplained or partially as well. But dice cooks up some pretty good narrative.
I think they are starting to actually use the lore as gameplay, what used to be just strategic points for the US and Russia is now becoming a reason for the No-Pats to fight for their freedom, here they are used as objects for experiments, this revelation could have the No-Pats fight back against their contractors, they have a home (reclaimed) now they'll have to fight to show the world it's not just a small refugee camp, but an actual nation

What support?? Fixing a broken game and its broken maps is no support. We received only 5 new maps since release. Back in the days this was a single dlc. Up to this date u cant mix all portal content as u like and what was promised before release. This is by fas the worst Bf title in the franchise.

New assets! Thank god. Almost every map felt the same with all the same looking assets littered everywhere. Can't believe that's what I'm hyped for.
Literally lol I said the same thing in my comment. Just new assets makes the map look and feel waaaaayyy better. I was sick of seeing the same exact containers and concrete barriers and buildings for every single map lol
I would think AI could easily randomize assets every match, now that would be awesome
@@Gen10civic I agree. Their excuse, or reasoning, was the engine was limited on assets and performance. Maybe that's true, I don't know I didn't develop the game. But BFV / BF1 looks vastly superior and performs leaps and bounds better.
@@Gen10civic It could but you have to think of the impact that would have on the size of the game as well as the updates. And on top of that the AI would need to be present in the game files, which I don't believe is allowed on console, and it's a risk to your PC as well. On top of that the assets would still need to be designed by developers in order for the AI to have a pool of assets to randomly choose from. So while it's possible, it's not probable.
