Love watching Dean Martin react to foster. Brilliant to watch..
What a genuine genius Foster Brooks was. Will never ever be replaced.RIP Foster "true comedian " Brooks, genius genius genius.
I so much loved this man..just go home and stay off the streets to see the show with my mother..so wonderful to sit and laugh with her.😂God bless foster thank you for the good times
Foster Brooks brings me to tears every time!
For him to be able to have all the other comedians to lose it, goes to show you how good this man was.
Pure Genius, comedy gold, he was a legend and so far ahead of the rest.
OMG....how can you not love this man....the best comedian aver. RIP Foster. Comedy will never be the same and you made people forget all their problems if not for only 5 minutes at a time your memories in my mind will live forever
Loved him as a child I'm here enjoying him again
Foster Brooks was the best. I have done Mr. Brooks several times at clubs and the family. What a great comedian, he was the best. The airline pilot with Dean Martin I will never forget.
I remember my dad just killing himself laughing his head off. Being like 6 years old, I didn’t realize what being drunk was but just watching my dad laugh made me laugh.
Yeltsin 68 Same here, my dad lost it when Foster came on. I was like 8 at the time, but to see my dad's face turning bright red, laughing so hard that he couldn't breathe or even make any noise at all for a few seconds because he was laughing that hard was priceless!!
We have always loved watching Foster Brooks on TV in all the Roasts he has done. No one can do the act he does. He plays a perfect drunk man talking.
I've always loved Dean Martin's reaction to this genius..
Korman
For those who feel like life has passed them by, Foster Brooks didn't experience his "big break" until he was nearly 60 years old!
That’s such a trip that I had a really rough day (and really rough year) and I stumble upon this video and see your comment . I’m 59 years old and struggling but that gives me hope I can still make it !
Yeah, I just learned that a few days ago, that he was almost 60 years old when he started his career in showbiz; amazing! Very inspiring to me, a person who used to do comedic acting and theater many, many years ago, and now thinking about getting back into it.. I'm almost 56 👍
@@mikenobles1038you can make it! Go go go!
Foster Brooks is a comedic genius that I just discovered by accident. I'm glad I did.
I love these Foster Brooks routines. A comedic genius.
Watch and learn, kids. Watch a master's master at work, at the very top of his craft. There will never, ever be anybody even remotely close to this brilliant and astonishingly funny man.
brilliant comedy. with absolutely no bulgarity.
GREAT COUNTRY SINGER TWO.
Sptan 52. What have you got against Bulgarians!?.
^^^Bwahahahaha!!!
But first...get off my lawn!
I loved that guy. A real class act.
Brooks didn't become well known until his late 50's. Surprising for someone so talented
Foster Brooks, Don Rickles, Robin Williams, Richard Pryor, George Carlin, Groucho Marx. If Olympus was a comedy club, these guys would be the gods of comedy. These kids nowadays aren't worthy to touch the shoes of those legends.
One of his best roasts ever. This and Lucille Ball, both classics!
David Henderson ; Watch him roast Don Rickles!!! That's one of the funniest roast's EVER!!!! I have a bad day at work? I watch Foster, & it's gone! Comedy Genius!!!
And the one with Rickles.
No one could play a better drunk! Foster Brooks hands down the best!
"It truly was a great experience working for Dickiedackedackadickiedick..." Sometimes life can be summarized in gems like this one.
tharkun21280 kills me EVERY TIME! I know EXACTLY what he’s going to do, but so what? Funny hits every time.
THE BEST DRUNK EVER!!!!!!
Especially impressive considering he didn't drink.
Truly Laugh In all over again!
Your aunt said what? or... Oh really? Gee Dan must have been a brilliant writer! This delivery was so perfect and outrageously funny, I break up every time I watch it. Somebody please... Help me. Can't stop watching Foster.
I can honestly say that Foster Brooks is the funniest comedic person ever on television. I laugh from start to finish. Mr. Brooks and Dean Martin play well off each other......two class acts filled with talent. There won't ever be another Dean Martin, with the coolest style, charisma, good looks , and a PHENOMENAL VOICE that won't ever be seen again.Kinda sad...but thank GOD we have KZhead and CD's.
That guy was a comedic genius. Every time I hear him I bust up laughing. What a talent that guy was
Comedy at its finest with no racism four letter words which proves you don't have to be crude to be funny. You will be sorely missed mr. Brooks. Thanks for the laughs and he's a great singer too
Love it.there will never be another Foster Brooks.thanks for posting.
mike ray Thanks for the comment.
I Hate. Foster he is a moron
+John W Hardin thank you for putting these happy memories back on. I love these roasts so many wonderful entertainers. laughter through tears, so funny but so sad theyve gone. xx
+Robin John WHY WATCH IT THEN YOU ARE A MORON!
Robin John, you haven't the slightest clue about talent. You are also one of the most ignorant morons in the history of mankind.
Great laughs, especially Foster Brooks. Thanks for making my night full of laughter. The world needs more of it.
My favorite roast is the one with Don Rickles as the subject roastee.. To hear Don's laugh when Foster is telling him about his wife is so infectious, was a riot. I had to share it with others. My favorite.
This is my favorite medicine. Love this one, Rickles roasts, Jack Benny, the Sammy Davis roast and the Hubert Humphrey roast especially.
What a great comedian, everyone of the clips had me laughing
Don't forget Lucille Ball, Betty White, & Valleri Harper! Foster brought the house down with them too. He was brilliantly funny!
I had to stop reading the responses here. After the video, I started reading some of your responses and started crying all over again🤣🤣
I’m on a Foster Brooks marathon.....genius
Truly the funniest comedian I've ever watched
The more times I watch this the funnier it gets, is it just me ?
We’ll never see talent like this again.
Foster was one of a kind
Love all the old programs! Those were the days when you had great intertwine I really miss the olds, don,t you😢😴
Yes that is when they had decent programing m and clean😉😡😴
I'm 57, and Foster always brought me to tears from laughing with his delivery, but the one thing that always sold it was his shaking and wobbling, as if he needed to hold on to the podium to stop from falling.
I hear YA!! ME TOO!
I NEVER get enuf of Foster.. Always a lift when I’m feelin low😀 RIP
Same here, roasting sammy davis is still the funniest thing I've ever heard
@@luiscorreia847 Nah, Don Rickles. 😂
I think I can watch him all the time
Foster was hilarious! He wrote all his own lines! Everyone of them was funny, but you where guaranteed to always get one that made guest and audience and you laugh out loud!
Remarkable talent and skill in timing and acting. I've listened to his routines quite a few times and still enjoy them
I remember watching this as a child, I was laughing then and now! These guys, especially Foster Brooks, were funny as hell. NO WOKENESS going on there and they were just fookin' brilliant!

Ronald Mozolic Imagine Foster Brooks attempting to say what you just said....it would be hillarious.
I bet it was some wino
Comedians of the modern era have given thumbs down, out of jealousy.
Between this one, Hubert Humphrey & Don Rickles, by far one the best roasts Foster Brooks ever did 😂😂😂😂
How in the hell did he do all of this with a straight face?????
That Ruth Buzzi joke killed me 😂😂😂
JimboRado 666
Killed her, too!
“Your aunt said what?” LMAO
jswaggart01 ; Oh Really? 😂😂😂
We're all laughing and Foster maintains his serious character throughout. He becomes the inebriated character.
Perfect delivery of jokes.
Thanks for this post! Grateful for KZhead!
Mr. Foster Brooks was a great comedian. He played the perfect drunk in his routine. R. I. P. Foster Brooks.
Foster Brooks, one of the all time heroes of comedy! He was something wonderful! Classic Foster! 🤣😎

I crack up laughing nonstop watching foster brooks doing his act of a drunk the man was the cream of the crop on the dean Martin roast Noone would even come close to Blast the audience with laughter
I absolutely agree!!!! YAAAASSSSS!!!!!!
Dean Martin is always cracking up watching Foster Brooks..:)
biff0101 Foster and Jonathan Winters were the two who could always break Dean up🤣. And Greg Garrison said in one interview that they were the only ones that they never had to write a script for, it was all off the cuff. Clearly these were three guys who all liked to work in the same style - ad-libbing all the way!!
Boster Frooks funny? Cockypock! I love watching professional comedians laughing hard at Foster Brooks' perfect delivery. No profanity, just plain funny. Ruth busted up laughing...
could watch him all day
What a hoot! RIP Foster Brooks.
I love when Foster Brooks furrows his brows and rolls his eyes upward as he obviously tries to come up with the right word or phrase.... Pure magic.
What a total riot....Foster Brooks has no rivals. :)
Dear God, they were such wonderful people
This guy was hilarious. I was in tears
Simple and hilarious.
