I realize I'm in the minority and everyone thinks he's a good actor now but I just see the same wooden performance I've always seen just that with all the gunplay what seemed wooden now seems like a stoic tough guy. The only movie I ever liked him in was the first Bill and Ted movie where he just played himself. But I'm at the point where I pretty much hate most new movies so what the hell do I know.

    • @@rayburks7059 The point of the body shots is to bring the person down making the headshot easier. The times he does multiple headshots is a tad overkill though 😅. Im guessing he wouldn’t bother with body shots on zombie since it wouldn’t really effect them at all

  • in the first movie, The Continental is definitely a regular hotel, that is also secretly an underworld assassin hotel... for example, to get to the club, he has to first walk through the laundry room and give a password or something... and it definitely doesn’t have a rooftop garden and several floors made entirely out of glass.

  • I always thought that the assassins who appeared in front of John Wick did it to show respect. Imagine you get to meet the best in your line of work.. in this case killing, but it's more than work to them, it's their way of living so John Wick is kind of a living legend, they don't think dying in his hands is a bad thing, that's what i like to think anyways

    • ana Frutos - That makes sense. It also fits with the idea that these are assassins, that pick their targets with discrimination, and pride themselves on minimizing collateral damage. Of course there's always a jerk that feels the need to swim against the tide; in this case, it was Ms. Perkins, who has no respect for anything, and who apparently couldn't even grasp the idea of "...long-term consequences..." and why was she even staying at The Continental anyway? She rocked the basic-black wardrobe, though.

  • They need to do a Mission Impossible/ John Wick crossover. Where Tom has to infiltrate a "Secret Underground Organization" that wants to take over the world. John Wick finds out the that US Government has sent some operatives to kill the High table, but is actually setting them up for failure, but Tom holds a marker for John.
