Except sikh, you never gonna tell a Punjabi that he /she is Punjabi..they have cleanest Hindi accent . Maybe you are referring to an accent & instead of proper language. Nobody speaks Punjabi in Delhi. Only refuge rehabilitation area people talk with each other in Punjabi not with others.
