I think you are by far the best person to watch on KZhead. I constantly get so much inspiration from you for foods I want to cook. Thank you Marion! You’re fabulous.
Aw thank you so much Simon! :-)
She is the most gentle person cooking in the kitchen. I like how she smiles and expressions.
I have made this at least 3 times in the past two months for my friends and family and it is so delicious each and every time!
After Marion took the tray out of the fridge: who else thought "wow did the pork absorb everything?", and then Marion is like "take off the access fat”, and you're like "what? was that fat???"
Yes, so did I. I felt so stupid when I found out that it was actually a layer of fat. 😂😂😂
Me! 😂😂
I know I was like no way... then ah.. of course... Love the way she gets down!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Haha, Yes, that was my thought 🤠
Love Marion and how she compliments her own cooking. yes Marion! Your recipes have been superstars in my kitchen
This recipe is a sure way of getting people to absolutely fall in love with you 🥰😍❤
I tried this recipe and it was absolutely delicious! I didn't use a big piece of pork belly like the video, I did pork belly slices. I didn't realise I didn't need to put them in the oven for so long as they are smaller pieces, but you learn as you go along. Instead of bao I used roti, added some lettuce and spring onions! 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾🤩
This showed up on my recommendation and I'm glad !!! bcs I'm already in love with this channel Time to binge watch 😍😋🤤
I could eat the whole pan. Yummmm looks so decadent.

This looks so mouthwatering ❤️❤️❤️
Girl you had me at sticky pork!! So delicious looking 💕
I just made this “for the people I love” for dinner. I only left in in the fridge for a couple of hours. It was still really delicious. I am sure it would even be better if I leave it over night. I found frying the slices dried them a bit. I might have used too high of heat. Thanks for sharing such good recipes. I’ve tried other great ones you posted.
This was the first recipe I tried for 2020. It was a very satisfying.
This is a recipe that is just so incredibly good. I made some for my family, all everyone could talk about was how yummy the food was. My mom keeps telling me it’s her new favourite, and that I have to make it when she invites my sister over. A lot of effort to make this, but its worth it. It’s just so good that every bite is a joy. And even I was super happy with it, though I would make some small changes in the future. I think my pork came out a little too salty (the only pork belly I could find was already lightly cured with some salt) I tried to cut down on the salt because of it and used a little less soy sauce and a little extra sugar, but I think I’m just going to need to order the pork belly in advance at my butcher next time, so I can get one that his just plain.
Sprinkling of peanut crush !!! That's a great idea 👌👏👏👏❤
Thx for the recipe. I made this today to serve on saturday. It is now sitting in the fridge

Making this right now. Cooking the porc and going to let it rest over night so my husband and I can then make your bao buns tomorrow when we make dinner together on my birthday after work :)
I tried out this recipe and my pork belly did not turn out as tender as yours after 2 hours of baking! After 5 hours I lost my patience so I ended up using my crock pot!!! It’s still delicious tho!!! Thank you for the recipe!!
So diverse, Very cool !

Hi Marion you are my best favourite cook girl 💕💕💕, Only one question on this job darl👐, you didn’t mention the temperature in the oven and I know you said 2 hrs but what temperature on my girl???? You are amazing in every ways and keep up with your best work and skills you got 👍thanks Marion and I hope I don’t hassled much 💕💕💕
CRAZY! I was at the mall a couple of hours ago with a friend and decided to try this new korean bbq place at the food court. i bought 3 bao buns. I am currently eating one now and this video popped up in my suggestions. Hmmm..
Thank you!! Is adding the peanuts a traditional step?
Idk if i missed it. But what's the temp for the oven? Thanks. You're my icon.
Oh boy 😍😍
Omg I almost ate my phone.
😭😭
I know this is a three year old comment but this is gold 😂
do you have a cookbook? i would definitely buy it!
Yes
I just ate and you made me hungry again. Curse you and your scrumptious looking food, Marion!
I tried this and WOW! Do you have any recipe where we can use the broth?
Love your content! Could the pork be cooked in a pressure cooker instead of the oven? Also, are your products available in Europe please?
WOOOW that looks AMAZING! I LOVE your ideas! how did you make the coconut sriracha / where can i get it though? thanks!
Thank you so much! And you can find my Coconut Sriracha sold in Australia and the USA. More info on my website: www.marionskitchen.com :-) Thanks so much for your interest!
I have enjoyed watching your videos. You are so cute, explains the How to" cooking. I made the bao recipe, however, I am not quite happy with the result. First the color of the dough was yellow. How you do you make the dough white. Is there an especial flour you used to make it white? Anyhow, some of the recipes on your videos, I tried and they were delicious and simple, easy to cook!!
Thank you for this amazing recipe. I just have a question. If I'm using mirin instead of shaoxing wine, which is less sweet, how many cups of brown sugar I need to use? Thank you so much
What are some recipes for the leftover stock? Do you have any links or ideas to share, Marion?
You know Chinese chefs treat that sauce like a treasure. They can keep it over 20 years. When they change their job, they'll take the sauce with them. They said the sauce contains the essence of all kinds of meat. So just keep using your sauce. Never throw away! 😆😆😆
Do they just keep adding water to it?
@@TheDanielEffect They usually reboil the sauce before storing it so that all germs will be killed. The sauce will become more sticky after reusing each time. Little water will be added if the sauce is becoming too thick and it's better to add boiling water. That's all I know and should be more. 😁😁😁
Besides, it's the best to keep in a clay pot.
Looks seriously delicious 😋 I love all of your videos ... By chance do you happen to know of any honey lemon 🍋 preserves Recipes ? I’d imagine a dry lemon peel or wet lemon peel recipe ?
Thank you Pamela. And no I don't but great suggestion!
OMG Marion..look so delicious. Im on red meat diet... temptation
