Living with a rural family in a small village in Armenia 🇦🇲
ALL THE CAUCASUS VIDEOS: bit.ly/3WeMvO0
I had the opportunity to spend a few days in a village called Bjni and stayed with a lovely agricultural family. I learned about how they live off the land and even celebrated my host's birthday with his family while attempting to overcome language barriers and connect with this wonderful Armenian family.

ABOUT ME:
In 2013, I started my solo travel journey, leaving Indonesia in 2016 to become a full-time traveller and KZhead creator. My background in International Relations has fueled a profound interest in exploring different countries. My content focuses on exploring different cultures through the lens of a solo female traveller, aiming to capture real-life interactions and experiences.
My travels kicked off with a five-month trip across Asia, after which I moved to China in January 2017 to work as an English teacher-my first time living abroad. I left China in 2018 to fully commit to creating videos on KZhead, where I share my travels and the cultures I encounter.
Living nomadically since 2016, I settled in England in early 2022 after marrying my British husband, David. Now based in the UK, I continue to travel and share my adventures on KZhead.

Thanks from all Armenians for such a wonderful video, Armenia, for one reason or another, was an abstracted country, not very popular, but thanks to such activists, you inspire others and open this small country with a special vibe. 🇦🇲❤️
Thank you so much for your kindest comment! I truly appreciate it 😊

Я очень полюбил Армению. Прожил там 8 месяцев. Всем в Армении говорил: Здесь много солнца в природе,и в людях.

Such a nice family! I love the villages in Armenia. Such nice people all around. I’ve been with several hosts all over the country I can’t wait to go back.
Omg what a beautiful family and experience! The churches in Armenia are so unique as well. You captured it all so beautifully!
My lovely country...with its beautiful nature and people ❤
There are many videos from tourists from other countries about Armenia, but I confess for me it was super sincere and unreal sincere. You are beautiful Syifa and a great fellow. I wish you the same feelings in other travels that you have received in Bjni.
Какая гостипримная семья! Отличный стол и вкусная еда! Молодцы!
I dearly love Armenians ❤️ Their minimalistic way of life is what I'm attracted to the most.

Armenia is my favourite country so far in this Caucasian series. Love and respect to the Matriarch of the family who has such a loving heart and wish only good health and prosperity to the entire family. There are a few Armenian churches in cities like Kolkata, Mumbai and south of the country and still a small community of them are still in the country even today and well known for their trade and finance skills. Once again I love these videos of you interacting with the locals and the food looks so good, I can smell from my screen. Terima Kasi Syifa
Syifa I enjoyed this ARMENIAN video very much ❤❤❤❤❤ from India

Wonderful experience you had in that village, it's amazing to see how similar the lives of people in different parts of the world are, only the language is different. Thank you Syifa for this excellent video, the way you present the world and personal thoughts, always a pleasure to listen to. peaceful, calm, loving etc. Words are not enough to explain you. Awesome video Syifa 😊👍👍
wow I have been waiting for this
Armenia is famous for hospitality. When I think of Armenia, the first thing that comes to my mind is the Armenian genocide by Ottoman Turks.
They tried to bury them, but didn't know that they are seeds. Mexican saying.
That's good. Until Turkey acknowledges its past, may they never be allowed to forget what their forefathers did.
Love so much this video... You are a great woman Syifa. God Bless You
Love the video. Thanks for sharing

Just found your channel via Indigo Traveller. So far, I’m really enjoying you’re documenting style.
Ah thank you so so much! Thanks for taking the time to watch my video and left me a comment. I truly appreciate it.
@@SyifaAdriana I'll definitely be watching more of your videos. Do you have any videos that explain your video creation process? Also, somewhat random question, but how much do you use your ND filters while you shoot?
@@worldofnuance Thank you so much, that's very kind. I don't think I have made that particular video as it won't do well on my channel. I do share behind the scene work on patreon.com/syifaadriana as I feel more comfortable with the platform. I do use ND filters all the time and took it off when it's dark and inside of a room. Hope this answer helps 😀
Syifa I swear you deserved at least a million subs! You’re my favorite travel channel, right up there with bald and bankrupt 😂 i love your vlogs so much, please never stop traveling and documenting it for us to see! Kisses x💋

Ive been watching your videos and they are so enchanting and your personality is so warm and vibrant. I hope you encounter the same wherevee you go.. I have travelled on my own too as a female but not to places like Armenia and Kazakhstan. It has been fascinating to see you travel there alone! Very inspiring!
As a single woman I have travelled many times through the whole country of Armenia and I can tell you that it is super safe, even at night in unlit streets

After four trips to Armenia, I know maybe 30 words: tonir, khoravatz (BBQ), Hayastanzi, van (village), vank (church) berd (fortress), Yeghed (pine tree), etc. But, having married my 2005 Yerevan guide in 2006, I have my own tarkmenish (interpreter)!
Thank you
Прекрасная серия! Но можно было и подлиннее, где-то на треть!
It's beautiful and I would be lucky to live there
Hello, very nice video. Colors are the smiles of nature. Heritage plays a role of cohesion between peoples and cultures. The recognition of an art, a know-how or a monument, makes it possible to enhance a civilization in the eyes of the rest of the world. Zahir.
