It’s actually handles well in stock form. I’ve raced a fully modded one and it was almost uncontrollable but then I tried the stock one and it’s actually op in races
Facts. I've already won lots of races with my 370z. All of the Celica drivers I've raced against just crash everywhere lol. Driver mod makes a huge difference

The Calico is the new fastest drag car, when lowered in the interaction menu and with competition suspension + low grip tires it is even faster. Edit: It's now the Comet S2 with any tire except low grip and stanced.

@@ryanbox2823 yea I race my friend when I was in the pariah. I did multiple tests with different methods and he still won. Doesn’t matter if the pariah is lowered and you’re double clutching you’ll lose. The only win I had was with the comet sr and I had kicked the back tires.

The calico gtf is based on toyota celica gt4 euro team in WRC. Cars back then are getting into deadly speed so the FIA implemented a restrictor plate to limit the air that enters the combustion chambers. Toyota had a clever trick where if the restrictor plate screw werent tighten all the way it lifts 5mm more and making cavity on sides allowing more air to bypass the restrictor plate giving 25%-35% air producing 350HP. The cheating was so clever that the FIA commissioner applauded them for doing it. They were banned tho.

I was doing a few races the other day and I was using the Calico against lobbies full of Jester RRs and I was surprised at how bad I was smoking those players. Trail braking is definitely a useful technique to make the Calico a better handling ride.
I think if you have a good driver in both cars its 50/50
The Jester RR handles really well and it has higher top speed, but that Calico GTF has so much traction and the handling is so sharp. It's incredibly fast on the launch. I've only used the stock versions of both cars, and with that being said, I definitely believe the calico is better for racing. Edit: Although, I did have a really nice and clean battle to the finish line with a Jester RR while I was using the calico. I let them have it bc there wasn't a clean way to pass, but oh well.

@@PM4K honestly, cuz of how quick the Calico is to accelerate, all it really needs is suspension and brake mods to improve it's handling characteristics to turn it into a racing beast.

The GTT is only fast when on the highway. The calico is also fast, but only on the strip. I'm still upset that I got walked by a damn Urus in my calico on the highway though.

My calico with low grip and low suspension goes 160+

Calico gtf is for sure the fastest, but the supra rr is close and is better with a lot of turns honestly the difference isn't that crazy. (I'm going more off of track times since everyone is gonna be trying these new races so it's a better test then drags that only happen at car meets. ) the gtt though is now dethroning the Yosemite for muscle cars on track times for being number 1. Not sure about drag racing but I feel like you will probably see the dominator GTT more if people can pull off good wheelies in them since that's more your content.

You know damaging ur car can actually increase the speed right? People do that for drag races.

@@ingoiileka9733 typically around the wheels, people use bats to bash in the car frame into the wheel and for some reason it’s just faster. Same with lowering ur car by shooting the wheels. I’ve noticed this myself for years. Every time I steal a cop car it never says clean for too long but slowly as I destroy and warp the car it actually gains better acceleration. It’s weird. I don’t know all the science behind it but it looks like people are starting to notice too just because I’ve seen kids doing it on air strips and taking off. There’s probably a video out there of someone explaining it better than me😂
