Unfortunately Chicago is one of the few cities where there is no constitutional recall function. They would first have to propose it, vote to approve it, and then, Ratify it. At the speed legislators move well, they might be able to hold a recall vote in 2032.

How did California go from a $100B surplus to a $32B deficit in two years while having absolutely nothing to show for it. I am 4th generation farming/ranching family from Northern California. We've been farming fruits and nuts and raising beef cattle since my great-grandpa came here when my grandpa was a 1st grader in 1910. We have only succeeded to stay in business because of massive amounts of hard work, blood, sweat & tears through triumph & tragedy, a calm, common sense approach to business. The state regulations working against us are myriad. The amount of money we have to generate just stay afloat and solvent and make a small, meager profit each year is astonishing to any outsider that doesn't understand. We've had to sell off 400+ acres in the past 35 years just to keep the core of our family heritage going. We're now down to 200+ acres. With that we produce enough food to feed an army, yet the state each year makes it harder and harder to operate on any sensible, reasonable scale. My brothers are with me on this. We're all here and we're all eagerly expecting the 6th generation from our kids. We will be here until the last drop of water or blood is shed. God help us all 🙄🙏🏽🇺🇲✝️

I’ve been a republican, since I was eight years old, and became politically involved, reading the newspaper, and watching the news before it became so biased and propaganda & a bunch of lies. I’m talking about the 1970s and even 1980s but by the mid to late 1990s it was really going left and the Democrat party was socialist with Hillary Clinton talking about universal healthcare and Americans don’t need universal healthcare., the people who need Medicaid and food stamps in daycare assistance are those who work and just need a little help because they’re low income, but the best thing for Americans are good jobs!! I know the youngsters and maybe some of the 20 some years olds will wine and some of the 30 year-old will wine as well because they’re spoiled coming from upper middle-class families BUT They need to learn how to rough it. They need to grow some thick skin and quit expecting everybody to build them out like mama and daddy, which is why they want their student loans paid off. Tim Anderson, a Virginia lawyer, messaged us on Virginia on Facebook saying that IF a person files for chapter 13 bankruptcy which reconciliation of debt in which people keep vehicles like cars if they want or else turn them into the bank and keep their homes and keep their credit cards, but they just have to pay a smaller amount of money every month to the trustee, and usually within seven years your debt will be paid off and that includes interest but rather than 18% interest like credit cards will charge or 29% interest. The interest rate is much much much slower so not to rip off the person debt. Interest rate might be 3% or 5% but it’s not going to be outrageous and car loans will probably be 3% instead of 8% but sometimes people need 10 years which can be extended but usually it is seven years. President Biden in Congress has made it so that people in America his file chapter 13 bankruptcy and have student loans pay on these loans with the interest that has accumulated only and no additional interest for 36 months and after 36 months of the chapter 13 bankruptcy plan, anything left on somebody’s financial aid tuition that’s to be paid back is wiped off!! WTH?? That means the spoiled brats are going to be bailed out again, unless we get a president and congress in the majority to change this! I don’t know if this is going to be challenged to the Supreme Court, but I imagine a Republican senator will challenge it. it makes me sad to see so many cities that we’re at one time booming like Detroit Michigan that is the home of Motown and the car industry and World War II operation warp speed, as well as Minneapolis and Wisconsin etc. etc. and I look at the cities now, and what isn’t vacant is torn to shreds because the city hasn’t kept up the infrastructure or done anything for the people. The best thing anybody can have is a good paying job with benefits, and if the city would make contracts with companies to hire people to work on bridges and roads and sidewalks and housing because we’ve been short on housing, our country would be home a whole lot better, but no, no President Bush and the swamp creatures had to why do you America and get us into the Iraq war. See how even the Republicans didn’t want to spend $500 billion on student loan bill out but it’s OK to spend $65 billion to Ukraine as if we haven’t already sent them 50 or 60 billion. In the house of representatives only about 101. Republicans voted for that monstrous bill giving money to Israel and Gaza (probably to rebuild it) & Taiwan & Ukraine. The Ukraine money is bullshit because the Ukraine people just don’t have an army left and the only way they’re going to be Russia is to go on the office and kick them out of their country and then just keep thinking their butts into Russia. Ukraine is corrupt and even the CIA Gabe Zelensky hell because he in a couple other top generals have been driving around in big nice Mercedes-Benz automobiles in they’re supposed to keep about 10% of whatever we send them but they shouldn’t even be keeping that much because I’m pretty sure there’s a big money laundering scheme going back-and-forth between whatever 10% the Ukrainian president gets with his generals and Joe Biden, and the Democrats in Congress and maybe a few Republican warmongers. We Republicans know who they are, and as a matter of fact, when they show who they really are every two years or six years, we primary them and get them the heck out of Congress.! O I guarantee if Chicago in Illinois had a republican mayor and city council in addition to a republican governor in Republican majority house, legislature in senate in your state within about eight years so much will be done to make the state better. It took 30 or 50 years to destroy it but with a lot of work in 8 to 12 years so much can be done and hire people living in Chicago and Michigan, and these other cities that I’ve just been left as wasteland to build up the cities and people can have a good evening and good jobs & benefits, as well as time off

Chicago is one of the many places that I was lucky enough to work in, during my single life as a construction worker. I absolutely loved the couple of months I worked there, and its just like many other cities that I worked in such as Detroit or where if you're out after dark in certain neighborhood's nothing good is normally going to happen for you . Nobody especially the one's with childern deserve to be treated like this, because like myself some children's only hot meals of a day come from school . The fact that they had to close schools down, because of lack of funding " those same schools were opened back up as shelters for illegal aliens. America is being replaced right now in front of our own eyes.

That didn't last a year before I opened up my custom motorcycle shop, just to have something for my wife of over 34 years and I to pass the time. She was diagnosed with having chronic Lymphoma Leukemia about two years ago. This changed my entire outlook on life in every aspect of the meaning. Now I take care of her and watch our country being destroyed by our own government, and its absolutely heartbreaking to witness such a thing " but if anybody messes with my son ,daughter, 11 year old grandson or my wife. The fight will be to the non existence of whoever it is that I'm fighting with and myself. That's all I can say about this situation now.

Grew up 45 minutes west of chicago and we constantly heard horror stories from that crumbling city. And we always heard that they just didnt have the money to fix anything outside of the tourists areas. Just seems like nothing had changed.

I lived next to midway. They would follow me home and wait for people at the bank. I had to move. I was told by police they can not do a thing and are reluctant to even try. I was told either you will be a victim of a terrible crime, killed or be a criminal if I protect myself. This forced me to start thinking how to defend myself AND stay out of prison for murder out of defending. I struggled for some time wondering if I did defend myself where was I going to hide this bad and how. I decided to move because my ethics and morals did not include making a whole family of Demonic invaders cry at the grave of their thug wanna be... Because I told the police.... Every time you answer a call at my address.... You will be coming to arrest me as a criminal and should bring EMS for the other guy...
