I read that Harry would fly to the UK for his never-ending court cases, tack on a day trip to Düsseldorf when Invictus was being planned there, then bill the whole trip to Invictus. And who knows how much his wife has cost them with her greed for luxury trips and designer clothes. I would support Invictus, but not until they stop spending money on Harry and Markle.
He uses Invictus to line his pockets based on what their costs take from the charity which means the veterans are losing out. That is taking, not giving.

In his book Spare Harry mentioned he saw/ realised the true costs of war on his flight home from Afghanistan to the UK when inside the plane he saw 3 bodies of soldiers (you could see the bodies were blown to pieces) wrapped in plastic. If the atrocities of a war just hit you on the way home from Afghanistan, for me, it proves Harry didn't spent time on the battlefield close to the enemy because then you would realise the costs of war right there during the battle the moment your army mates get wounded or killed.
He is disgusting to say he was in the war zone, when he had bodyguards and he had a bunker that was so well padded , he slept through the camp being under attack. He played video games all day & got out of drug testing ( in a zone known for the poppy ) and slept surrounded by guards

The award presented is a creation of a news publication called The Military Times. It is not part of any branch of US military. It is not ab award given by branches of the military (for example, the Medal of Honor or Purple Heart). Vanity Fair published an article about this "event". Seems like a pay to present award.

The problem with Harry's medals is that he did nothing to earn them. He was known as Bunker Harry amongst his fellow soldiers because that's where he stayed, in his special tent, playing video games. He was called "the weekender" because he would fly in with photographers and leave at the end of the weekend. He was also called "the idiot." The other soldiers were glad to see the back of him. He has never flown an Apache helicopter, which is the most complex helicopter out there. It takes YEARS to learn how to fly one. He wasn't in the field long enough to gain the skill necessary to fly any helicopter, much less an Apache. He continually failed his tests while in the military so never attained the level of captain. Apparently that is why he ended up leaving the military; there was no future there for him. So please Richard Fitzwilliams, STOP referring to his glorious tours in Afghanistan and his admirable bravery. It is a fiction.

This is absolutely true. A friend of my father who trained Harry at sandhurst said he failed everything. He was pushed through because of who he is. When my father asked about William he said he was an outstanding soldier, willing to learn and passed everything. He said the only helicopter pilate out of those two brothers is Prince William
Harry is disloyal. He bends and breaks the rules. He causes drama and distracts from the mission. I thought it was also unforgivable that he pushed his way into guarding Queen Elizabeth’s funeral cortège in uniform which is NOT something she would have wished. And of course she could not speak for herself. I don’t think Harry deserves any respect from anyone in the military. I am glad he did not wear the coronation medal, because it would have been an empty gesture. I will never forget his horrible story in Spare, where Harry took aim at his father’s car! So Harry is dangerous, actually. I hope he never returns to Royal duties!

I don't know if he got the coronation medal or not but I just read that it hasn't been validated yet that Harry actually received one and the "rules" apparently are that they are meant for those who play an actual role in the coronation which Harry did not. Prince Richard, the current Duke of Gloucester, was born No 5 in the Line of Succession, eg he was the equivalent for his time of what Harry is now, the current No 5. But he has now moved down to No 33, and despite having been a working royal for most of his adult life, very few British people under 55 probably even know who he is, or explain his relationship to the monarch. That same fate awaits the Sussex family, in due course. So they are just not important.

He was given a medal for "Service in Afghanistan" by the late Queen. NOT by the military. The other 4 medals are for showing up. They're participation medals given to many who participated at the jubilees, they're NOT military medals. It's illogical that Harry wears the late Queen's Golden, Platinum, and Diamond jubilee medals. Those medals are celebrations for her service. A woman, his old grandmother, whom he disrespected and was incredibly mean to! Why wear her medals? It's a disgrace!

I agree the invictus games need a thorough audit to see how much H&M have cost the charity, just to be clear my opinion is that that they should not be taking any money from the charity and I'd rather they had nothing to with invictus at all, Harry's and by default Megan's association do nothing but damage the brand and nobody should donate funds to invictus until they are nothing to do with the charity even if it means short term hardship for the charity or Invictus itself agrees to sign a commitment that none of the funds they receive as charitable donations will be used for the pair.

Videos of him being a " soldier" were pr puff pieces to enhance his image, all orchestrated by the palace pr. Without that palace pr, we have seen Harry for who he is and not what the palace pr wanted the world to think he was.

His recall had nothing to do with the intensity of fighting. It's probably not a scenario you're cognitively equipped to understand if you've never served in the military or on operations. Your spiteful dig at Harry is immensely disrespectful to ALL members of UK Armed Forces who've served on operations and been awarded the same medals.
Megan uses the Invictus games as a fashion show to parade the new clothes that she has bought with the money that is supposed to be for the injured service men and women.

The Invictus is sponsorship of her fashion show because it pays for her travel and accommodation etc and it’s not cheap as she travels only private jet, stays only in presidential suite, goes around with 24/7 bodyguards, eats only Michelin star food and needs Nannies fees for the supposed children. Invictus is sucked dry, so dry the veterans have to pay their own way to travel to and stay at the venue to compete.
Why is he desperate to keep his military status when one of his instructors has already told that he never passed any exams including flight tests but the high up told them to give it to him. As for Afghanistan he flew in on a Friday with a camera crew who took photos of him using a gun on the gun range .Then they did a emergency photo shoot of helicopter taking off harry running taking his seat at the gunner station in the helicopter as he can't fly an apache helicopter plus the pilot seat is at the rear of the apache . It took off circled landed on Sunday Harry and his security camera crew took off again this happened every weekend. In addition to what you posted, he never saw fighting and the closest he came to shooting a target was at the practice range. His names were Bunker Harry, The Weekender and The Idiot. And probably a few more choice monikers than can't be written here! His fellow soldiers did not like him and were glad to see him finally leave. To say his name in the same breath with REAL soldiers is an insult.

When he runs to the Apache as sirens blare, he doesn't know he's supposed to be wearing body armor and a flightsuit, carrying a firearm, and so forth. A complete investigation has to be done on the birth of the children! People have the right to know why no doctor signed birth, why the hospital allowed her to leave just two hours after alleged birth and having two epidurals? He also didn't have enough qualification points to get into to Sandhurst. Let alone pass out. If you look at the years of training required, there's no way he could have completed it. His first tour, with an infantry unit, was abbreviated because the press leaked details and that put his comrades at risk. Nonetheless, he had served more than the minimum period of time in theater to receive the award. His second tour, as an Apache pilot, was full duration, as per any other member of the UK military. I also earned the OSM Afghanistan, in addition to the Iraq campaign medal. Neither are "insignificant" to the military.

I'm sure PH found a sense of purpose in the military rather than anything else he participated (schooling, relationships, royal service, etc.) But, he can't over sell it as wasn't like the experience of other soldiers, rather a very coddled & protected time on tour. Due to being part of the RF, he was a high value target so had to be protected in order to avoid the PR disaster if he ever got caught by enemy. It was unfortunate for him to choose this route as his presence on tour used military resources to babysit him that could have been applied to the real cause (war.) Think PoW made much better choice and actually developed real life skills by succesfully obtaining his flying ratings and used them for actual employment in coastal rescue ops.

As a military veteran, I lost all respect for him and his status a long time ago. For him to try and "fallback" on his past military career in order to find some sort of respect in the world is just ludicrous.
The palace should cancel the NDA contracts' clauses that pertain to the bullying allegations but not release the report. Not unless they will keep the staff's identities anonymous. The employment records of employees are private and only they have the right to divulge them. Cancelling their NDA clauses regarding abuse will allow those wishing to share their experience publicly to do so.
