Nothing will ever convince me that the charges against Baldwin weren't politically motivated - because he dared play Trump on SNL.
I agreed with Danny months ago when he predicted that criminal charges against Alec Baldwin will not stick, the charges would've been unconstitutional. Every time I see these kinds of rulings, it renews my faith in the law. Alec could not be charged criminally.
Yes but he is still culpable at some level. He should get some sort of punishment. If he didn't pull the trigger she wouldn't be dead. Even I know never to aim a gun at a person even if it is not loaded. And I am clueless about guns.
As a Democrat, I think it is unfair for transgender students to compete in straight boys' or girls' games. If we have separate boys' and girls' sports then schools can create a separate category for transgender students. It shouldn't hurt anyone
Transgender sports leagues? What are you kidding? I am a registered dem too but there should be some guidelines implemented such as strength comparisons to straight males with comparable build, weight, dexterity, etc. If a transgender person's scores are comparable then they shouldn't play for women's teams but perhaps consider playing for a men's team.

Frankly, I am tired of Hunter Biden's lack of interest in growing up. He is acting like a spoilt 15-year-old bent on giving his parents grief. Perhaps if the President let them lock him up he will learn some lessons. I wonder why he can't be more like his brother. And the second thing that the House Republicans have done right is passing that bill against Transgenders the House Republicans are on the right side of History and the Democratic Party is on the wrong side of History on this I don't agree with everything that the Republicans do but they get some of these things right sometimes and the Southern Border is out of control I'm glad that the United States Attorney General Merrick Garland has finally done something in going after the people who are responsible for it and the Companies.
Nothing to do with history. At least currently. I'm a Democrat as well, and I do believe the Republican led House are correct on their view about transgender people participating in sports. Genetically, men are stronger and faster. Also, I would like to see the southern border completely closed off.

Celebrities, the Famous and Rich are given special privileges in court ligations. A lower judgement gained them in judicial proceedings. Then the common folk, only are seen as less. Though the college scandals, parents paying for the children to gain certain colleges was a ludicrous prosecution of the law. College athletes are granted scholarships NOT based on academic standards. While others wait in line, hoping to gain grants and government loans. Most athletes to NOT graduate. Seems a prism of lies most. They look aside because of some standard was gained them. No statue regulating them. Sports and athletics are a false god. Never aids anyone in this World.
