My cash wallet was an adventure. I started with a regular binder, then went to an A6 wallet, but didn't like folding my money in half. I am now using my own wallet (the one before cash stuffing) and envelopes like the ones that came with the checkered wallet (yes they have whacky designs). That system works best for me, and I don't have to fold my money. I hate folding my money, I even made my own 100 envelope challenge with envelopes so I don't have to fold my money. 😀

I have seen so many with folding the money. I’ve always thought that seemed strange.
To not go over budget I set up a Walmart cart as if I am doing pick up. Then I know what I’m spending. As long as I stick to that list when I go, I then can remove each item as I go and won’t go over. The only time I can’t is if I go to Aldi as well but I usually just buy the things that are cheaper than Walmart so I usually am saving money anyways
I have struggled with finding a cash wallet as well. I found one I just love from the aesthetic dollar. She's a cash stuffer as well. Its slim and I love it. It's called chic wallet.

Love this video for different options for cash wallets. I have a similar one to the tan ($24.99 from Amazon), mine has the RFID with 12 tabbed envelopes, spending trackers and other stuff. Great video. 💜💛💜💛
I like the Bella Taylor purse. I have been using one of my binders as a cash wallet and love the cash method for my weekly spending.
I have one like the beige one. I like it pretty well. I carry a big purse so I don't have trouble fitting it in. 😊
I use the first wallet shown and I love it! I don't use the envelopes provided since they get bulky if you put too much money in them. I use the zippered a5 envelopes and they work great.
I bought one like the #1 you showed in the video and I am loving it. I know is bulky but it has helped me to not over spend and put money back in my account for me. ❤ loving your videos!

I adore my black leather Bella Taylor wallet. But it is so huge!! It's good to fit everything in, but opening it up in public is like airing out all my financial business! I'm leaning towards a small A7 instead now
Couple of things I love.. Amazon has envelopes in A7, A6, and A5 without zippers which helps a ton with the bulk.. and I just take the envelopes only out of the binders I need for the day and put them in a leather pocket envelope like the last one you showed in your video.. would prob work in any of those wallets actually tho.. maybe another option.. love all the options you showed today. I wouldn’t have thought of some of those..

I did like that one. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the binder thing in the middle.

Jen I agree with u in regards to the A7 .. I got it and I HATE IT... the button doesnt snap... ( Gonna treat myself to a better quality one for Christmas) I use mine for when I travel out of state..... Perfect for that reason alone ( In my opinion)
I love my guess wallet. Similar to the Taylor one but opens in the middle with the coin area.

I currently have the first one you showed. It's sturdy and I love it. It can be a bit bulky when it's full but it does hold quite a bit of change in the zipper pocket. I'm currently using zippered envelopes with it but I'm planning to buy me some zipperless ones. The black clutch type wallet you can get some dividers and place them on the "cell phone" side for your categories. I've seen a few other budgeters do that.

Great video! I bought the Rachel Cruz wallet/clutch. It’s a little pricier so I started a savings challenge to save up for it. It’s also a little bigger but I do not carry a purse so I don’t mind. I like that it has numbered money slots. Very good quality also.

I just got the first one. Haven’t started stuffing envelopes yet but I like it thus far just as a wallet. I am starting cash stuffing for June (this is May still). The zipper works fine for me and it fits fine into my small purse. I’m not sure yet what to think of the envelopes since I haven’t used them yet. But the cash envelope part to me seems to slide out really easily which I don’t like. Even being empty I find I’m pushing it back in a lot.
I have a Bella Taylor wallet, and I love it! It has enough cash slots and card slots, a place for a pen, to keep receipts, and it's not too big. I can carry just the wallet or fit it in my purse. I also love how deep the pockets are so no one can see my cash when I open the wallet.

I just received my first cash wallet from Amazon I ordered the one you reviewed first I wish I would have found your review on KZhead before I ordered my wallet because after watching and looking I love The Bella Taylor style. I like that the Bella Taylor has more cash slots and it doesn't have the little binder piece that slides in like the one that I bought today that binder that slides in aggravates me.. now that I've seen this video I want to return the first Cash wallet and get me a Bella tailor
If you don’t like the one you bought, you will get frustrated and not use it, believe me. I’ve been down that road. I ended up giving up on my cash wallet a looooong time ago. That’s awesome, Glenda! The debit card is just so very convenient and when we just pull it out and tap it- we don’t see money as money. Cash is a whole other thing. Makes us pause.
I would use that tiny cream one for coupons
I made dividers that fit my current wallet that I love. I just can't take the extra money for a new wallet. I would lean towards the Bella Taylor one. Thank you so much for these videos. They are a tremendous help!

I was on their website - fell in love! 💛
I use a Coach version of #5. I have 5 envelopes that I carry with me on a regular basis (spending, eating out, kids, groceries, and miscellaneous) that I created custom sized envelopes for that fit perfectly in the “tech” pocket. If I know I’m going out somewhere and I need a different category, I can pull the cash out of the envelope in my larger budgeting system and put it in the miscellaneous envelope (generally with a post-it to remind me what category I pulled from and how much). It fits perfectly without folding, and if I just want to carry the wallet I can close it around my phone no problem! It’s got the wristlet strap and I just slide my keying on the strap and I’m good to go. It’s just a matter of thinking a little outside of how that pocket is designed to be used.

I've considered the smaller Bella Taylor (don't want any bulky twisty buttons and I carry tiny purses). I also have found a couple I like from Vera Bradley (only at the outlet and wait for sales so they are reasonably priced). I haven't bit the bullet on either yet. I currently carry separate sturdy cardboard envelopes I bought on Amazon and really only what I need so always gas and groceries and mine but eating out, family fun, etc stay home unless I'm planning on needing them. It's working ok for now but I do want to upgrade sometime. Loved seeing your comparisons! Hold on the Bella until you get the new smaller one and then do a side by side comparison! That would help me a ton to know if its small enough for me! 🙂

My issue with all of the wallets I've looked at is that they get 'stuffed' too quickly. They should make them with expand-ability accordion style, not only from the top but at the bottom also :)

You could use the mint green leather envelope wallet and just put dividers with tabs inside!!

I HAD the first one you showed. It tore on the inside and the outside cover material came off in small pieces. The zipper would barely work. I chose a $50 Filofax wallet and love it!

Really? I have the first one and my zipper works fine. But I haven’t had it long. I hope it doesn’t fall apart on me. My only thing I don’t like thus far is the envelope parts slides out too easily and I’m not sure yet if I like the envelopes. They seem like they won’t stay shut if I put much in them. I’m just getting started. Way back when I did this years ago I had a Dave Ramsey system and it wasn’t an actual wallet.

I like the look of the Bella Taylor, but for me that price is to high. I found one on Amazon with the binder but it is on the larger size. Love the video wish I had seen one like this when I first started😊

I’ve actually been looking for some a7 binders recently and it never crossed my mind about how I would have to fold the money to make it fit and how bulky. That could be. This video has saved me the pain of buying something that might not be feasible for my system. I’m also just starting so I don’t have a real system anyway lol

I have the first one that you have shown. I like it but I will say if you have a lot of cash envelopes that you keep in your wallet all the time or you get a lot of change it does get hard to close. The Bella Taylor is really nice and reminds me of the Rachel Cruz wallet but a little cheaper than hers.

I have the A7 but I'm not in love with it.. It doesn't have the wallet space for receipts and no coin pouch. I use one of the zippered envelopes but don't trust that it can hold much for change.
For me, they broke fairly quickly. Not a fan of the zippered ones for carrying. It’s a struggle! 😅
I started using cash 20% of the time for variable spending only. I started with an A8 and then bumped it up to an A6. LOL I was tired of folding my money like origami. LOL I also keep a cash binder in a safe at home for sinking funds I'm savings for. Love my wallet though. It's very girlie. LOL Great video.

I’ve looked at all of these on Amazon and was so tempted but then I saw the sizes were too large. Now I go back and forth between a7 and my regular wallet with envelopes. I’d go with the Bella Taylor for sure otherwise I’d have to save up for it but it looks worth it.

I have not previously been carrying a lot of cash since I put most things on cc, then pay before due date, and again before closing date. I am waiting for an A7 binder with 6 envelopes that I ordered recently from Josy Simple Plans, to start carrying and paying with cash for groceries, eating out, personal spending on myself, gas, general spending, and when I travel. That leaves bills being paid automatically on the cc, and online shopping. And cc as backup to envelopes while I get the hang of it. I think I will have the hardest time with the gas station, as I don't want to play the go inside, guess how much it will take to fill my tank, go back in for change and receipt. We shall see how that goes. And Sam's Club doesn't take cash at the pumps...
I agree about the gas. Some things just need that card! I think all the other things are easy enough. 💛

FACT: even when we see the most organization in some or ourselves, there are some things about the most organized that do have a form of disorganized. For example: I was extremely organized with my son’s clothes when he was a newborn through 18 months…. But I was seriously disorganized about my crafting station in the craft room. Could say it was my own sense of organization…… no not really lol

My bella taylor wallet works pretty well except im a little lazy and hurl change into my backpack. The one thing is i track my receipts obsessively so I can sort my dollars. I need to just be more disciplined. But this is coming from a woman who 99.9% of the time wears a hoodie and track pants to the store, to school, and to weddings if i can 😂

I have a Moterm wallet but the major thing as a man is it really doesn't fit in my pocket except in my cargo pants (which lol has garnered me some sus looks and comments 😂 don't ask NSFW 😂😂😂) and I don't carry a purse 😂😂😂😂 because I definitely am not as comfortable in my masculinity as Harry Styles so still trying to figure out the best way for me to carry cash.
