Sources: Toronto Titans are interested in bringing back GK Lyndon Lemos. Lemos began his career in Toronto before signing with H.C. Harleem. Currently playing in Wakefield (UK), it is unclear if Lemos is keen on returning home at this point in his career due to the poor hockey infrastructure in Canada. However, negotiations are currently underway for the Titans to construct a strong team in the hopes of competing together internationally within the next 1-2 years.
When should we expect a here we go?
With 1 year remaining on his current contract, sources within the Lemos camp suggest all 3 destinations (Toronto, Haarlem, Wakefield) are equally likely come free agency 2024. In a press conference Lemos stated, "No matter where I go, I'm always looking to learn and improve and be the best I can be for my team. The ultimate goal however, is to eventually bring everything I learn on and off the field back home. As I've said before, the city dun raised me and I will retire a Toronto Titan." -woj
