Younger girl has severely hyperextended/hypermobile elbow joints. She should try not to hyperextend as not required in ballet and may cause severe injury or surgery later (been there!) she can keep her arms straight without overextending. HMS? EDS? Can cause progressive micro-tears in connective tissues. Good habits early = better health later! 🙏Beautiful exercise! 🩰
