    • U fry anything with breadcrumbs it ruins the oil. 😢 The recipe is great.

    • The reason I'm concerned about is that's it's said the oil turns carcinogenic and it's not advised to reuse oil.. So have been avoiding deep fry recipes 😳 though I know to get the crispiest result it's best to deep fry.. Looking for a way to preserve the oil

    • ​@@hyacinthdsouza2637cooking anything bread crumb related isn't an issue. Just use a sieve and remove the breadcrumbs. Then re-use the same oil for everyday things. Like frying an egg.. shallow frying a burger.. for whatever until the oil is finished
